摘要: A method for unlocking a hood of a vehicle, wherein a hood locking mechanism comprises a latch, a safety catch, a locking member, and a striker; wherein the latch and the safety catch are arranged for engaging the striker and the locking member is arranged for engaging the safety catch, wherein the method comprises the steps; manually displacing a door of the vehicle, wherein the door in a closed position is blocking an inner hood handle, from the closed position to an open position in a fully locked mode of the hood locking mechanism for giving access to the inner hood handle; manually activating the inner hood handle for moving the hood locking mechanism from the fully locked mode to an intermediate locked mode, wherein the activation of the inner hood handle mechanically is displacing the latch from a closed position where the latch is in locking engagement with the striker to an open position where the latch is disengaged from the striker; triggering a sensor by the latch, when the latch is displaced to the open position, wherein an electrical signal from the sensor is activating the locking member after a predetermined time interval if at least one predetermined vehicle condition is fulfilled, where upon activation, the locking member is displaced from a first position where the locking member is in locking engagement with the safety catch to a second position where the locking member is disengaged from the safety catch; displacing the safety catch if the at least one predetermined vehicle condition is fulfilled from a closed state wherein the safety catch is in locking engagement with the striker to an open state where the safety catch is disengaged from the striker for moving the hood locking mechanism from the intermediate locked mode to an open mode.

摘要: A high voltage electrical connector for electric current connections in vehicles comprising a first connector unit and a complementary second connector unit releasably connectable with the first connector unit. A primary locking member is arranged in the first connector unit, and a stationary locking part is arranged in the second connector unit, where the primary locking member is electromagnetically movable between a locked position and an unlocked position. In the locked position, the primary locking member is in locking engagement with the stationary locking part preventing the first connector unit and the second connector unit from being released from each other, and in the unlocked position the primary locking member is disengaged from the stationary locking part allowing the first connector unit and the second connector unit from being released from each other. The connector further comprises an auxiliary locking member mechanically movable between a first position and a second position, where in the first position the auxiliary locking member is in direct engagement with the primary locking member when the primary locking member is in the locked position, preventing the primary locking member from moving to the unlocked position, and in the first position the auxiliary locking member further is engaging the first connector unit and the second connector unit so that the first connector unit is prevented from being released from the second connector unit. In the second position the auxiliary locking member is disengaged from the primary locking member, allowing the primary locking member to move to the unlocked position.

guiding the laser beam (7) through a laser focus head (5) having a total optical magnification in the range of 1:0.5 - 1:1.5,
directing the laser beam (7) along the elongated contact region (3), wherein a beam spot (8) formed where the laser beam (7) hits the contact region (3) has a size in the range of 2 - 6 mm, and
supplying a consumable wire (9) of filler material to the beam spot (8) to melt the consumable wire (9) and braze said first and second metal workpieces (1, 2) together, wherein the consumable wire (9) comprises at least 95% copper.
The present disclosure also relates to a vehicle comprising a roof panel (43) and a side panel (35)
that have been mutually joined by said process.
