A method and a slide-casting machine for casting one concrete product or several concrete products placed side by side at the same time by means of one casting machine using slide casting of high-consistency concrete mix. The concrete mix is fed by means of one feed member (2) or by means of several feed members placed side by side into one or several separate cross sections of a concrete product to be cast. The compacting of the concrete product or products to be cast is monitored by measuring the pressure of the concrete mix or the force arising from the pressure against a part (2; 9,7) of the casting machine at at least two points of the cross section and by separately regulating the operating values of at least two parallel feed members (2) or of the compacting movements of at least two parallel compacting members (3) on the basis of the measurement values obtained.

Ladite unité de rouet comprend un arbre (1) de rouet doté d'un rouet (2) associé, un moteur d'entraînement (6) destiné à mettre en rotation l'arbre ainsi que les paliers (7, 8a, 8b) destinés à ce dernier. Afin de faire atteindre des vitesses périphériques supérieures audit arbre, celui-ci est supporté magnétiquement, par exemple, par un ou plusieurs paliers magnétiques. Ledit moteur d'entraînement (6) est en contact d'entraînement avec ledit arbre de filage (1), et ainsi avec ledit rouet (2), lequel est fixé de manière permanente audit arbre de filage, de sorte que les paliers de ce dernier constituent des paliers à la fois pour le moteur d'entraînement et pour ledit rouet. La vitesse périphérique supérieure dudit arbre de filage permet l'alimentation en divers milieux en quantités supérieures, tel que de l'air ou d'autres gaz, des liants, d'autres additifs, des résidus de traitement etc, par une cavité située dans ledit arbre, destinés à être mélangés au flux de fibres, dans la zone située immédiatement devant ledit rouet.

Method for feeding out the primary web or a mineral wool web by means of a pendulum conveyor and to an arrangement of such a pendulum conveyor. When feeding out a mineral wool web by means of a pendulum conveyor (4) one aims at an output as close to the receiving conveyor (13) as possible for the primary web (2) to be rapidly fixed onto the underlying web. The conducting rollers (5, 6) at the output end, which rotate in the output direction, have a disturbing effect on such a close output. The front conducting roller (5) in the direction of motion rotates in a direction having a lifting effect on the underlying web, which is negative, whereas the rear conducting roller (6) rotates in a direction pressing down the web being fed out, which is advantageous for the output. In order to reduce the negative impact and to emphasize the positive impact both conveyors of the pendulum conveyor are made vertically movable with regard to each other, the front conducting roller being situated higher and the rear conducting roller lower during the pendulum swing. The reversing mainly takes place in the end position of the pendulum swing. The reversing may take place momentarily or gradually during the entire pendulum motion.

A construction system and a related cassette element, wherein thin concrete boards (2) provided with steel trusses (3, 5) and manufactured by means of the band rolling method of concrete or by means of any other concreting method are used, which boards remain parts of the final structure and at the same time form completed concrete faces for the structure. According to the invention, the thin concrete boards (2) are, either at the factory or on the construction site, mechanically connected by means of their truss structures, with the trusses (3, 5) facing each other, so as to make rigid, preferably prestressed cassette elements (1), wherein the thin concrete boards (2) with their reinforcements (4) and the truss steels (3, 5) operate jointly as a bend-proof cassette structure (1). By installing cassette elements (1) side by side vertically or horizontally, structures are formed in which the intermediate space between the thin concrete boards (2) is determined by the height of the steel trusses (3, 5). The intermediate space can be used as a space for positioning the heat insulation (8) and/or as a space for casting the frame concrete (9) cast in situ and/or as a space for equipment and conduits.

According to the invention, before the parallel side walls (44, 54) at the outlet end of the slide-casting mould (33), within the casting line concerned, walls or wall portions (40 to 43, 50 to 53) are provided as fitted to each other or to their corresponding portions, provided as pairs, as pivotable always in the same direction around substantially vertical shafts (45 to 49, 55 to 59) included in their planes. The moving parts of the side walls (38, 39) may be displaced in pairs in the lateral direction, relative the casting direction, e.g., by means of cylinder-piston devices (61 to 63). Randomly distributed pieces of piece goods in a state of translatory movement are identified and classified on the basis of a physical property thereof. The travel path of the piece goods is observed with a detector (1) which scans the path transversely and is suitable for the physical property in question, said detector delivering an electric signal analogous with the observed physical quantity at each point of the scanning line, as determined by the resolution of the detector. Thereupon, the electric signals are processed continuously in real time by a line analyser (2) and converted into binary key number groups belonging individually to each piece in the scanning line. The key number groups are processed recursively during the passage of the pieces in classifying units (3) reserved for each piece during the passage thereof and the classification is carried out on the basis of the key number group. Finally, upon completion of the classification of the piece, the corresponding classifying unit (3) is released by a main processor (4) in order to perform the classification of a new piece which has arrived in the scan line of the detector and is randomly situated therein.
