R, X and Y independently have the following meanings: R in each case stands for alkyl, oxalkyl, halogenalkyl or alkenyl with up to 7 carbon atoms, X stands for F, Cl, CHF2, CF3, OCHF2 or OCF3 and Y stands for H, F or Cl.
