The present invention relates to a tightening device (1) for a footwear, in particular for a sports footwear (10), of the kind comprising a substantially rigid outer element (12) and a substantially flexible inner element (14). The tightening device according to the invention comprises a strap element (3) and tensioning means (7,9) for tensioning said strap element and said strap element is configured so that - when it is tensioned - it is capable of applying pressure directly both onto said outer element (12) and to said inner element (14), whereby the pressure is applied more efficiently and uniformly and the user's comfort is thus increased. In addition, according to the invention said strap element (3) has a substantially continuous surface, which increase the stability of the tightening device and eliminates the risk of an incorrect positioning also in the case of high stresses during sports practices.

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a sport item, and particularly a sport item of the kind comprising a substantially rigid outer element obtainable by injection moulding, as well as to a sport item thus obtained. The method according to the invention provides for providing a decoration layer as a sheet or film, placing said decoration layer into a mould, injection moulding a thermoplastic material into said mould in order to obtain said substantially rigid outer element of said sport item. The method according to the invention allows to obtain a wide range of desired aesthetic effects and avoids the need for additional decoration steps after the injection moulding step, thus drastically limiting the overall times, costs and energy consumptions of the manufacturing process.

The present invention relates to a metal sheet (1) for obtaining an in-line roller skate frame and to a method for obtaining an in-line roller skates frame from such metal sheet. The metal sheet (1) according to the invention has a pair of longitudinal slits (3c,3d) separating the central portion (11) - intended to form the support for a skate boot in the frame - from the lateral portions (13, 15) - intended to form the side wings of said frame - so that the central portion (11) can be shaped at will independently from said lateral portions (13,15), so as to allow a high versatility as to the form and design of the frame itself. More particularly, said central portion can be shaped so that the rear region (11c) , intended to support the boot heel, is at a height from the ground greater than the front region (11a), intended to support the boot toe, thus increasing the user's comfort.
