The present invention relates to a sports footwear (1), of the type comprising a shell (3), made of a substantially rigid material, and a cuff, also made of a substantially rigid material and comprising at least one cuff member (5, 9) articulated to said shell (3). Said sports footwear comprises a locking device (11) to selective allow or prevent rotation of said at least one articulated cuff member, said locking device comprising an actuating lever articulated at its one end to the wall of said at least one articulated cuff member. According to the invention, the locking device further comprises a rigid rod (17), which, at its first end, is articulated to said actuating member (13), and whose second, opposite end (17b) is arranged to abut against a corresponding counter-element (19) provided on a wall of said shell (3) when said actuating lever is brought to a position in which rotation of said at least one articulated cuff member is prevented. Thanks to the reaction force exerted by said rigid rod (17) against said shell (3), the locking device (11) of the footwear according to the invention makes it possible to achieve firm and reliable locking of the cuff relative to the shell.

The present invention relates to an inner liner (1; 1') for a ski boot, said inner liner comprising an improved tightening system (11, 17; 11', 17l', 17m'). The inner liner according to the invention comprises, on each of the sides (i.e., the lateral side and the medial side) of the upper, one or more tie members (17, 17') extending from the heel region to the instep region, and tensioning means arranged to exert onto said tie members a traction force facing towards said instep region. By means of the action of said tensioning means it is possible to eliminate possible gaps that may be present between the inner liner and the user's heel. The present invention further relates to a ski boot comprising an outer shell and said inner liner (1; 1') housed in said outer shell.

The present invention relates to a rear entry sports footwear (1), more particularly to a rear entry ski boot, which includes an outer shell (3) and a front quarter (5) and a rear quarter (7), connected to said shell. In the sports footwear according to the invention the shell (3) is provided with one or more longitudinal slits (11) which extend along said shell, preferably so as to extend, at least partially, on the area of the instep of said shell. Said one or more longitudinal slits (11) are closed at both ends (11a, 11b), i.e. they end before the upper edge of the shell. Advantageously, the presence of said one or more longitudinal slits (11) allows to adapt the inner volume of the sports footwear to the morphology of the user's foot; moreover, thanks to the fact that said slits are closed at both ends, greater stability can be obtained for the front quarter of the sports footwear according to the invention.

The present invention relates to an inner sole (1) for a sports footwear, such as a ski boot, which allows to adjust the inner volume of the sports footwear and the height and/or inclination of the user's foot relative to the surface on which the shoe of the sports footwear rests. The inner sole (1) according to the invention comprises a base body (3), which has a first face and a second, opposite face, and at least one spacer (5) which can be selectively coupled either with the first face or with the second face of said base body, said spacer not contributing to the overall shape and thickness of the inner sole when it is coupled with said first face, and contributing to said shape and to said overall thickness when it is coupled with said second face. Said base body (3) and said spacer (5) are permanently joined by a connecting element (7), they are preferably made of the same material and they are even more preferably made as a single piece.

The present invention relates to a closure device (1) for a sports footwear of the kind comprising a supporting plate (5), an actuating lever (3) connected to said supporting plate by means of one or more first connecting pins (7a, 7b) and a tensioning member (9) which, at a first one of its ends, is connected to a central portion of the actuating lever by means of one or more second connecting pins (11) and, at its second end, is provided with hooking means for engagement with an anchoring member (17). According to the invention, at least one of said one or more first and second connecting pins (7a, 7b, 11) comprises an extension (19) which forms at least a portion of said gripping portion of said actuating lever (3). Thanks to this measure, the actuating lever (3) can be made light, resistant and easy to handle and can be manufactured in a very cost-effective manner.

The present invention relates to a locking device (1) for a sports footwear, said locking device being adapted to lock two mutually hinged portions (120, 130) of a sports footwear or to release them from each other. The present invention finds application in the field of ski boots, for locking the shell (120) and the cuff (130) of the ski boot relative to each other or to release them from each other. The locking device according to the invention comprises a male member (5) and a female member (7), which members comprise respective engaging means (5b, 7b) adapted to cooperate with each other, and actuating means (3; 3') for moving said members from a configuration in which the male member is disengaged from the female member to a configuration in which the male member is engaged with the female member. According to the invention, the engaging means (5b) of the male member (5) and/or the engaging means (7b) of the female member (7) have a tapered or conical shape, whereby it is possible to make a coupling without clearance between said male member and said female member when said members are engaged with each other.
