A bottom elastic 21c of the front waist elastics 21 and a bottom elastic 22c of the rear waist elastics 22 are in a stretched state in front peripheral edge portion and rear peripheral edge portion of respective leg-openings and in a relaxed state in a portion of the crotch region 8 defined between a pair of the leg-openings 13.
