The mat (1) provides a support surface (1a) that is laid in a training area and a reference surface (1b) equipped with a plurality of reference signs with respect to which the golf trainee moves for follow corresponding body positions during a swing. On the reference surface (1b) of the mat (1) a golf ball reference position (11) is provided and two reference footprints (21, 22) are depicted at which the golf trainee stays with the right foot and with the left foot respectively. The mat (1) comprises, furthermore, a plurality of reference lines with respect to which the golf trainee orients the arms to reach a determined posture during a swing.

    摘要： A golf stance correcting device includes a ball flying direction indicator (1), a ball positioning indicator (2) pivotedly joined with the direction indicator (1), and a setting mechanism (3) provided on the joined portion of the indicators (1,2). The mechanism (3) allows the positioning indicator (2) to rotate with respect to the direction indicator (1) between a position wherein the positioning indicator (2) crosses the direction indicator (1) at right angles and a position wherein the positioning indicator (2) longitudinally fits with the direction indicator (1). The mechanism (3) preferably includes rivets (10) provided on the direction indicator (1) and selectively associated grooves (8a,8b; 9b,9c) provided on the positioning indicator (2). Selective fitting of rivets (10) and grooves (8a,8b; 9b,9c) makes the indicators (1,2) cross at right angles or fit longitudinally each other, and sets the indicators (1,2) in the respective positions.
