Between the percussion and balancing bodies (2, 3) a secondary valve device (38) is acting, said device (38) on one hand keeping the operating chamber sealed during the operating stroke and on the other hand after the termination of an operating stroke opens the chamber to evacuate compressed air therein. The primary valve device (45) includes a valve element (51) that is movable between opening and closing positions and is kept in opening position by a first force generated by input high-pressure air, said element (51) being guided to a closing position by a counter-acting second force that is able to overcome the first force, said second force being generated by evacuated low-pressure air.

The starting displacement of the distributor (24) to the opened position is caused by the pumping produced by the striking mass (9) as a result of the exhaust ports (17) being covered by the striking mass itself when the latter is about to reach its return position.

The tool also has an optional delatch outlet, which can be opened and closed externally by the operator of the tool. The tool may also have a piston portion on the ram to restrict fluid flow between the ram and the valve slide as the ram is accelerated toward the working tool.

Die Erfindung betrifft einem hydraulischen Schlagmechanismus, anwendbar bei leichten und schweren Durchbruchkammern, Brechern u.ä., die auf unterschiedlichen Gebieten der Volkswirtschaft eingesetzt werden. Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht in der Entwicklung eines hydraulischen Schlagmechanismus, durch den gleichzeitig mit der automatischen Verteilung des Arbeitsfluids der notwendige Druckabfall gewährleistet wird, wobei die gewonnene kinetische Energie lediglich für den Arbeitsgang des Kolbens angewendet wird. Die Aufgabe wird gelöst durch einen hydraulischen Schlagmechanismus, bei dem laut Erfindung an beiden Enden des Zwischenzylinders eine vordere und eine hintere Führungsbüchsen befindlich sind, die vor der jeweiligen Stirn der zylindrischen Verteilerbüchse angeordnet sind. Die Zuführungsbüchsen umfassen den zylindrischen Kolben derart, dass jeweils eine hintere, eine Zwischenund eine vordere Arbeitskammer ausgebildet sind. Die hintere Kammer ist ständig durch die Innen- und Aussenringnuten, geneigten Öffnungen und Öffnungen mit dem fluiden Druckstrom verbunden. Die zwischenbefindliche Arbeitskammer ist intermittierend durch Ringnuten und hintere Öffnungen mit dem Behälter und die vordere Arbeitskammer ist ebenfalls intermittierend durch Ringnuten und vordere Öffnungen sowie durch die vorderen Auslassöffnungen der zylindrischen Verteilerbüchse mit dem Behälter verbunden. One of the pressure spaces is a control space (25) inside which a sleeve-like control valve (26) can be mounted.
