    摘要： This invention relates to safety catch (10) for restricting the opening movement of a hinged window panel (14) relative to its frame (16). The safety catch has a channel member (22) and a stay (24), the channel member being adapted for securement to one of the window panel and frame, and the stay being adapted for securement to the other of the window panel and frame. The stay has a slider (30) which can move relative to the channel member. The safety catch has a stop member (36) which is movable between active and inactive positions, the stop member in its active position being engageable by the slider so as to limit the movement of the slider relative to the channel member. Movement of the stop member between its active and inactive positions is controlled by an electrically-operated actuator (50). The invention is likely to find its greatest utility on public and commercial buildings such as hospitals, hotels and the like with a large number of hinged windows, many or all of which can have a restricted opening movement in normal use. Upon issuance of a control signal to the electrically-operated actuators the safety catches can be released permitting the restricted windows to be fully opened for use as emergency exits.

The first bar 2 is moveable between a first position in which the first bar engages the first end stop when the door is pivoted open and limits the opening of the door; and a second position in which the first bar does not engage the first end stop when the door 50 is pivoted open and thereby allows the door to be fully opened. The device may comprise a second bar 3. Each bar 2, 3 may be located closest to the hinged edge of the door 50. The device may be operated by a key, and may allow the door to be securely held in a partially open position.

    摘要： Die Erfindung betrifft ein Zusatzschloss (6) an einem Treibstangen-Verschluss, welches einen durch Drückernussbetätigung ausschließbaren und rückschließbaren Profilkopfriegel (23) aufweist zum Eingriff in einen festrahmenseitig gelagerten Sperrschwenkbügel (7), welcher Profilkopfriegel (23) zusätzlich auch durch einen von der Treibstange (11) mitgeschleppten Schieber (28) bei Verlagerung der Treibstange (11) in eine Sperrstellung des Treibstangen-Verschlusses zurückschließbar ist, wobei ein erster Vorsprung (20) der Drückernuss (18) von einem Betätigungsabschnitt (32) des Schiebers (28) drehbeaufschlagt wird und ein zweiter Vorsprung (21) am Profilkopfriegel (23) angreift und der erste Vorsprung (20) nach treibstangengesteuertem Rückschluss des Profilkopfriegels (23) vor dem Betätigungsabschnitt (32) liegt. Zwecks Erhöhung des Sicherheitswertes verbunden mit einer schließtechnischen Weiterbildung schlägt die Erfindung vor, dass der Betätigungsabschnitt (32) bei Nussdrehung nach treibstangengesteuertem Rückschluss des Profilkopfriegels (23) vom ersten Vorsprung (20) beaufschlagt gegen die Rückstellkraft einer Feder (36) ausweicht.
