Abstract: The disclosure provides a low beam optical module, a low beam illumination module, a vehicle lamp and a vehicle. The low beam optical module includes a lens, a light-shielding sheet and at least one light concentrating portion, wherein the light-shielding sheet includes a light-shielding sheet body; an upper edge of a front end of the light-shielding sheet body is provided with a low beam cutoff line structure; a front end surface and the rear end surface of the light-shielding sheet body are transparent; the light concentrating portion is connected to a rear end of the light-shielding sheet; the lens is arranged in front of the light-shielding sheet; and an outer contour surface of the at least one light concentrating portion is engaged with a lower surface of the light-shielding sheet body, so that the light-shielding sheet body can receive emitted light of the light concentrating portion and refract the light from the front end surface to the lens, and then the light is projected to form a low beam region III beam shape. The disclosure further provides a low beam illumination module, a vehicle lamp and a vehicle including the above low beam optical module. The low beam optical module of the disclosure can form a low beam region III beam shape without affecting the low beam shape, and achieves light weight.

Abstract: The present invention enables a desired projection pattern on a surface to be illuminated such as a road surface, a ground surface, a floor surface, a surface below water, and a wall surface, and enables a projection position and/or a projection orientation of the projection pattern to be changed. A laser beam from a light emission unit (111) is shaped into a parallel light through an optical shaping system (112), and an incident surface (P2) of a diffraction optical element (120) recording a hologram image is irradiated with the parallel light. A projection pattern (E) of an arrow oriented in a predetermined direction (D) is projected as a hologram reconstructed image on a surface to be illuminated (U) on a road surface. An optical-element drive unit (130) rotates the diffraction optical element (120) about a rotation axis (Rx) in a rotation plane (P1) orthogonal to an optical axis (C) of a parallel incident light (L). By means of the rotation, a geometric positional relationship of the diffraction optical element (120) with respect to the surface to be illuminated (U) is changed, whereby an orientation (D) of the arrow projection pattern (E) on the road surface can be changed.

Abstract: A partially aluminized lens for an automotive lamp which is set in front of the automotive lamp light source and comprised of a light-incident surface and a light-emitting surface forming the main light shape, and the reflection surface forming the auxiliary light shape. The aforesaid light-incident surface and the light-emitting surface forming the main light shape is completed by a plano-convex lens. The aforesaid reflection surface forming the auxiliary light shape is completed by a reflection frame integrated and provided with the plano-convex lens, and the aforesaid reflection frame is formed by partial aluminization. The invention is aimed at cost saving to perfect the structure, so the improved lens can satisfy the requirement of forming shading lines in a single process, thus eliminating the need for a complex structure formed by combining other light-emitting units via a single process. Furthermore, the invention has increased the utilization of the illumination within the safe allowance by improving the position of the lens and the light source. Moreover, the invention has also left out the former screen (shield) structure between the automotive lamp light source and the lens.

Abstract: An automotive headlamp system and an automotive lamp. The automotive headlamp system comprises a light source, a primary optical element (1), an automotive signal lamp structure, and a secondary optical element (2), which are arranged in sequence along the light emitting direction. The automotive signal lamp structure comprises a light-transmitting portion and a rotating shaft (31). The light-transmitting portion comprises at least one light-transmitting plate (32). The light-transmitting plate (32) is mounted on the rotating shaft (31) and can be driven to rotate by the rotating shaft (31) such that, by means of rotation, light from the light source exits by means of the primary optical element (1), then selectively passes through one of the light-transmitting plates (32) or does not pass through any one of the light-transmitting plates (32), and then is projected by means of the secondary optical element (2) to achieve a corresponding signal lamp function or lighting function. The light-transmitting plate (32) mounted on the rotating shaft is used to replace a signal lamp in the existing technology, thereby reducing the space occupied by the original signal lamp, decreasing the volume of a headlamp, and satisfying requirements for the miniaturization of an automobile lamp.
