An action by a rotation of the first screw (81, 181) and an action by a rotation of the second screw (91, 191) are applied to one of the first and second members.

摘要: A vehicle lamp is configured to form a predetermined light distribution pattern (such as a high-beam light distribution pattern) in which a plurality of irradiation patterns each provided with a non-irradiation region is superimposed. The vehicle lamp prevents an area of a common non-irradiation region from decreasing even if the non-irradiation regions formed in the plurality of respective irradiation patterns are displaced from each other. As a result, glare light is prevented from occurring to an irradiation-prohibited object. In the vehicle lamp configured to form the predetermined light distribution pattern in which the plurality of irradiation patterns each provided with the non-irradiation region is superimposed, the plurality of irradiation patterns is superimposed so that the non-irradiation regions are superimposed to form the common non-irradiation region, and the non-irradiation regions formed in the plurality of respective irradiation patterns have sizes different from each other.

摘要: A partially aluminized lens for an automotive lamp which is set in front of the automotive lamp light source and comprised of a light-incident surface and a light-emitting surface forming the main light shape, and the reflection surface forming the auxiliary light shape. The aforesaid light-incident surface and the light-emitting surface forming the main light shape is completed by a plano-convex lens. The aforesaid reflection surface forming the auxiliary light shape is completed by a reflection frame integrated and provided with the plano-convex lens, and the aforesaid reflection frame is formed by partial aluminization. The invention is aimed at cost saving to perfect the structure, so the improved lens can satisfy the requirement of forming shading lines in a single process, thus eliminating the need for a complex structure formed by combining other light-emitting units via a single process. Furthermore, the invention has increased the utilization of the illumination within the safe allowance by improving the position of the lens and the light source. Moreover, the invention has also left out the former screen (shield) structure between the automotive lamp light source and the lens.

摘要: In vehicle headlamps of the prior art, a low-beam light distribution pattern and a high-beam distribution pattern could not be obtained in a direct illumination lens-type lamp unit. The present invention is provided with a semiconductor light source, a lens, a light control member, and a drive member. The lens is composed of a main lens section and an auxiliary lens section. The drive member positions the light control member in a first position and a second position in a moveable and switchable manner. Consequently, the present invention enables a low-beam light distribution pattern and a high-beam light distribution pattern to be obtained in a direct illumination lens-type lamp unit.

摘要: In a conventional lamp for vehicles, there may be a case in which any shuddering is generated. The present invention comprises a semiconductor-type light source, a lens, a lens holder, and a heat sink member. An attachment hook section is provided in the lens holder. Attachment sections are provided in the heat sink member. The attachment sections of the heat sink member are interposed between the lens holder and the attachment hook section. The present invention is capable of attaching the lens holder to the heat sink member without any shuddering being generated.
