摘要:
An apparatus for harvesting energy, such as solar, wind, wave, thermal, and the like, including a solar panel and a duct supporting the solar panel at an operational angle. The duct comprises a bottom shroud and side shrouds, therein forming a large aperture, a small aperture, and an oblique frustum shaped cavity. The oblique frustum shaped cavity is configured to direct a flow of fluid from the large aperture to the small aperture. A flow energy generator, such as a turbine, located at the small aperture is configured to collect flow energy. Temperature differences between the solar panel and the environment may be used to harvest thermal energy with a thermoelectric generator. Fluid flow under the solar panel may decrease the panel temperature and increase the efficiency. Generators may be operated in reverse to lower the solar panel temperature and increase efficiency.

Disclosed is a smart farm system based on salinity gradient power generation. The smart farm system includes: a farm facility in which crops are cultivated; and a salinity gradient power generator which receives a high-concentration solution including at least one selected from the group consisting of filtered waste water, food waste acid fermentation liquid, carbon dioxide absorption liquid, filtration liquefied fertilizer, and fertilizer liquid and a low-concentration solution having a lower concentration than a concentration of the high-concentration solution and generates electricity by using a concentration difference between the high-concentration solution and the low-concentration solution, and supplies a growth raw material used in growing the crops.

A self-contained energy supply facility can supply an automotive hydrogen fuel that has been produced by utilizing solar energy, and can also supply electrical energy for an electric vehicle that has been produced by utilizing solar energy. The self-contained energy supply facility is characterized in that a concentrator panel for solar energy that includes a solar tracker is installed on a roof or the like within the energy supply facility, the concentrator panel separately concentrates infrared light whereby the solar energy can be easily converted into heat, and visible light whereby the solar energy can be easily converted into electricity, the infrared light is removed in the form of heat, introduced into a medium-temperature steam electrolyzer to produce hydrogen, the hydrogen is supplied to a hydrogen-fueled vehicle that uses hydrogen as a fuel through an automotive hydrogen fuel supply unit, and the visible light is converted into electricity using a concentrator cell of the concentrator panel, and supplied to an electric vehicle.
