摘要: The idea of the present invention is to provide a decorative embossing which is constituted of at least a first decorative embossing pattern (37) and a second decorative embossing pattern (38). In this context, the protuberances of the first decorative embossing pattern (37) on the embossing roll (31) have a larger height than the protuberances of the second decorative embossing pattern (38) on the embossing roll (31). Correspondingly, the bosses of the first decorative embossing imparted to at least one ply of the multi-ply paper product are larger than the bosses of the second decorative embossing imparted to the at least one ply of the multi-ply paper product. Because of this configuration, glue may only be applied on top of the bosses of the first decorative embossing so that ply bonding is only achieved at these sites or locations by means of the applied adhesive. Therefore, the first design elements corresponding to the first decorative embossing, and the second design elements corresponding to the second decorative embossing, are decoupled. A first design element, therefore, may be adapted to the required glued area in view of the ply bonding to be achieved as well as the properties to be achieved in regard of softness and bulk, etc., whereas the second design elements may substantially freely be varied.

摘要: The present invention relates Toilet paper based on tissue paper, said tissue paper being treated with an O/W emulsion comprising at least one non-ionic emulsifier, at least one anionic co-emulsifier, an oil component having a polarity of at least 20 mN/m or a mixture of oil components wherein at least 75 weight-% of the oils constituting the mixture have a polarity of at least 20mN/m, 6 to 35 weight % of water, based on the total weight of the emulsion, wherein the total amount of emulsifiers and co-emulsifiers is between 4 and 20 weight, preferably between 6 and 16 weight-%, based on the total weight of the emulsion. Since in the above lotion composition the external phase is aqueous, a web treated therewith can easily be wet by water and does not float on the water if it is to be disposed in a toilet. Moreover, this lotion shows an improved brightness after application on tissue paper, smell and rheology.

摘要: The present invention relates to a soft and strong cellulose-based fibrous web, in particular tissue paper, comprising a) cellulosic fibres having a freeness value of more than 26 °SR measured according to DIN-ISO 5267/1 (March 1999), b) a water-soluble cationic polymer, c) a water-soluble anionic polymer, and d) a cationic surfactant-based softener, as well as a process for the preparation of these webs which comprises the steps of refining cellulosic fibres to a degree of freeness of more than 26 °SR, preferably at least 27°SR, measured according to DIN-ISO 5267/1, adding at least one water-soluble anionic polymer and water-soluble cationic polymer to the refined cellulosic fibres, adding a cationic surfactant-based softener to the cellulosic fibres obtained thereby, and wet-laying and dewatering the cellulosic fibres obtained thereby. The webs obtained are distinguished by a high wet-strength and a suitable balance of other properties such as softness, dry strength and absorbency.

摘要: The invention relates to a device comprising a container (20) which defines a closed area and through which a solid can be transported in a direction of transportation from an inlet (21a; 21b) to an outlet (22a; 22b). The container is divided into three sections (12, 13, 14) in the direction of transportation. An essentially solid vapour mixture (12) is contained in a first section, an essentially solid liquid vapour is contained in a second section (13) and an essentially solid vapour liquid is contained in an intermediate section (14). A device (27), which is used to guide an essentially non condensable gas into the closed container, is provided on at least one area of the container. The invention also relates to a corresponding method and to the use thereof in a device which is used to treat material, in particular to treat waste paper, repulping or shredding.

摘要: In a process for laminating plies of tissue paper, at least two plies (1, 2) of tissue paper are combined and are embossed together in at least one embossing nip so that they are provided with substantially identical embossing patterns which consist of embossing protrusions. The embossed plies (1, 2) are then separated, and the separated plies (1, 2) are then displaced relatively to each other and are recombined. In the resultant recombined tissue, the maximum distance D in the displacement direction between an embossing protrusion of a first ply (1) and an embossing protrusion of a second ply (2), which has been displaced relatively to said first ply (1), is set as a function of the height H of the embossing protrusions and the length L of the embossing protrusions in the displacement direction of the two plies (1, 2), so that D is equal to the smaller one of the values of 12H and 14L. A tissue paper laminated by way of the afore-mentioned process is also described.

摘要: The invention relates to a paper making machine and especially a tissue-paper making machine comprising a formation section (F) including a jet-headbox (10). The wires are cleaned by cleaning water. In the return stroke just upstream the headbox (10) there is provided a dewatering means has a suction box (14) for making the wire dry before entering the nip (9) between the wires in order to avoid that entrained water is directed into the fiber suspension jet. Thus, an improved and more homogeneous sheet formation is possible.
