Abstract:
Enzyme preparation comprising component (a): at least one compound according to general formula (I)
wherein the variables of formula (i) are as follows: R 1 is selected from H and C 1 -C 10 alkylcarbonyl, wherein alkyl may be linear or branched and may bear one or more hydroxyl groups; R 2 , R 3 , R 4 are independently from each other selected from H, linear C 1 -C 8 alkyl, and branched C 3 -C 8 alkyl, C 6 -C 10 -aryl, non-substituted or substituted with one or more carboxylate or hydroxyl groups, and C 6 -C 10 -aryl-alkyl, wherein alkyl of the latter is selected from linear C 1 -C 8 alkyl or branched C 3 -C 8 alkyl, wherein at least one of R 2 , R 3 , and R 4 is not H
component (b): at least one enzyme selected from the group of hydrolases (EC 3), preferably at least one enzyme selected from the group of amylases, more preferably at least one enzyme selected from the group of alpha-amylases (EC 3.2.1.1); and/or at least one enzyme is selected from proteases, preferably from subtilisin type proteases (EC 3.4.21.62); and optionally component (c): at least one compound selected from solvents, enzyme stabilizers different from component (a), and compounds stabilizing the liquid enzyme preparation as such.
