    摘要: In the data transmission method, a MAC layer receives data from an upper layer, classifies the data according to destination addresses and traffic identifiers, aggregates the data by destination address and traffic identifier as a first transmission unit, aggregates the first transmission units having the identical destination address as a second transmission unit, and transmits the second transmission units having different destination addresses in a single frame. The data transmission method allows packets transferred from the upper layer to be hierarchically aggregated by DAs and TIDs and then packaged into a data unit for each destination such that it is possible to transmit the data at an optimal data rate for each destination terminal.

    摘要: A scheduling method includes classifying, by a Point Coordinator (PC), terminals into delay-sensitive terminals and delay-insensitive terminals according to their traffic types (S310); setting an initial value and a maximum value of a poll failure counter of each of the delay-sensitive terminals (S320); polling each of the delay-sensitive terminals (S330); determining (S340) whether there exists a delay-sensitive terminal of which a current value of the poll failure counter is less than the maximum value; and if there exists no delay-sensitive terminal of which the present value of the poll failure counter is less than the maximum value, sequentially polling the delay-sensitive terminals and the delay-insensitive terminals (S350). Accordingly, QoS of voice packet transmission in an IP network can be guaranteed by granting priority to terminals generating traffic in reality according to traffic patterns of the terminals requiring strict QoS, such as a voice call service, and polling the terminals in a round robin mechanism.

    摘要: A power saving method of a terminal in a wireless communication system including an access point for transmitting a beacon frame and a paging frame, and a terminal for compensating for timing offset with the access point using the beacon frame and detecting a position thereof using the paging frame. The terminal supports an active mode in which data transmission/reception is actually performed and a power saving mode in which power consumption is reduced when there is no transmission/reception data. The method includes calculating a paging timing offset generated for a reception interval of the paging frame using the beacon frame, and receiving the paging frame after a lapse of a time corresponding to the paging timing offset in the power saving mode.
