    摘要: An inside of a cylinder tube 18 is partitioned into a plurality of piston chambers 23 with a plurality of partitions 22, a piston 24 being slidable in each piston chamber 23. Each piston 24 is mounted to a valve rod 25 and a pressure chamber 33 is formed at a first pressure receiving face of each piston 24. When pressure fluid is not supplied from an operating port 37 to each pressure chamber 33, the valve rod 25 moves forward due to the force of a valve spring 27 to press a diaphragm valve 11 against a valve seat 10. When pressure fluid is supplied from the operating port 37 to each pressure chamber 33, the valve rod 25 moves rearward due to the sum of the forces acting on the plurality of pistons 24 and the diaphragm valve 11 separates from the valve seat 10 due to its own elasticity to thereby open the valve.

    摘要: There is provided a two-port valve which has excellent durability and airtightness and can be easily processed with high accuracy and in which a valve seat can be easily replaced. For this purpose, a valve seat 8 is formed separately from a valve body 4 of a main valve and the valve body 4 is provided with a mounting portion 9 on which the valve seat 8 is seated. The mounting portion 9 is formed of an annular stepped portion including a bottom wall 41 and an outer peripheral wall 42. The bottom wall 41 is provided with a groove portion into which a sealant 44 is mounted and the outer peripheral wall 42 is provided in a vicinity of an upper portion thereof with a groove portion into which a snap ring 47 is mounted. The valve seat 8 is held pressed against the sealant 44 by the snap ring 47.

    摘要: A gate 3 for opening and closing an opening 2 of a chamber 1 is fixed to a top end of an arm 7 and is swung between a position facing the opening and a retreated position on a side thereof. A base end of the arm 7 is supported by an output shaft 10 of a fluid pressure cylinder 8 driven in parallel with a direction in which the gate comes into contact with and is separated from the opening 2. A cam follower 12 is provided at the base end of the arm 7 and is movable in a guide groove 14 of a machine frame 6. The guide groove comprises an axial-direction groove 14a for moving the gate 3 from a position facing the opening 2 to a position in the vicinity of the opening of the chamber 1, and a slant-periphery direction groove 14b connected thereto for retreating the gate to the side of the opening.

    摘要: In a manifold solenoid valve compressed air is supplied and exhausted through manifold blocks (30) on which solenoid valves (20) are mounted and which are connected, and the manifold solenoid valve is drive-controlled by serial signals transmitted to the respective solenoid valves. A fluid passage section (31) of each manifold block is provided with common passages (32) and (33) for air supply and exhaust that penetrate the respective manifold blocks (30) and channels (36) that communicate the passages (32,33) with supply/discharge openings of the solenoid valves (20). In an electric circuit section (41) of each manifold block there is accommodated a printed circuit board (45) which has connecting terminals (46a) and (46b) for transmitting serial signals, slave chips (47) for extracting operation signals for the solenoid valves from serial signals, and a feeder terminal (49) for supplying power to the solenoid valves (20) based on the operation signals. Assembling the manifold solenoid valve (10) produces both communication of the passages and electrical connection.

    摘要: A method of selecting pneumatic devices that satisfy specified load, speed and strength conditions to construct a pneumatic system. Data concerning pneumatic actuators, solenoid-controlled selector valves, drive controllers, pipes, pipe joints and exhaust treatment devices is stored in a pneumatic actuator database, a solenoid-controlled selector valve database, a drive controller database, a pipe database, a pipe joint database and an exhaust treatment device database, respectively, for each item number, and conditions required for pneumatic devices constituting a system are calculated. Then, pneumatic devices conforming to the calculated conditions are selected from the respective databases. At the first step, a pneumatic actuator satisfying a load condition, a strength condition and a speed condition is selected from the pneumatic actuator database on the basis of a calculation according to a basic equation. At the second step, a solenoid-controlled selector valve and an exhaust treatment device, each of which satisfies a discriminating formula concerning the speed condition, are selected from the respective databases. At the third step, a drive controller, a pipe and a pipe joint, each of which satisfies a discriminating formula concerning the speed condition, are selected from the respective databases.
