    摘要： It is specially designed to be worn at night and as an element for the prevention of intermammary wrinkles. It also acts as a protective element to protect the back, the dorsal vertebrae and to prevent back pain. It has a front part (1) which covers the intermammary zone and which is prolonged by two oblique straps (4) which are connected to the large back part (2) in order to prevent the breasts from joining. The straps which occupy only the shoulder region form lateral arcs which deviate from the line marked by the day brassière, in order to provide for a good lymphatic drainage. It adheres well to the skin and its lower edge is situated a few centimetres below conventional brassières.

    It has a front portion (1) which covers its inter-mammary zone and it prolongs on two oblique straps (4) which are joined to the extense back portion (2), preventing the breasts to be joined. It remains fastened to the skin and its inferior border is located at few centimetres under the conventional brassieres.
