摘要:
This vehicle pressure accumulator comprises a vessel (22) made of thermoplastic, a filament winding (24) around the vessel, a bladder and an insert (20, 30). The insert is made predominantly of a first material and at least partially of a second material which is a thermoplastic that can be welded to the material of which the vessel is made. In addition, the insert is of one piece and shaped in such a way that after the vessel has been welded it can be separated only by destroying the vessel or the insert, and it further comprises means to ensure sealing between the first material and the second material.

The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a vehicle pressure accumulator, in which a thermoplastic parison is used to form an enclosure around a chamber by applying at least one portion, at least partially molten, of the parison onto at least one portion of the chamber, such as to attach the parison to the chamber.

The invention relates to a hydropneumatic pressure accumulator, comprising a movable separating element arranged in an accumulator housing (1), which separating element separates a first working chamber, preferably a gas chamber (7), from a fluid chamber (5) as a second working chamber and is formed by means of a membrane (3) made of a flexible material, in particular an elastomer, a housing opening (15) that forms an access to the fluid chamber (5) and is located on the accumulator housing (1), the passage of which housing opening can be controlled by means of a valve arrangement that can be transferred into a release position and a closed position, wherein the valve arrangement has a valve body (29) located on a surface section of the membrane (3), wherein the valve body transfers the valve arrangement into the closed position when a valve seat (33) located on the housing opening (15) is approached, the valve arrangement having a bypass arrangement that enables a limited flow through the housing opening in the closed position, the hydropneumatic pressure accumulator being characterized in that the valve body (29) has at least one projection (37) on the surface (34) of the valve body facing the valve seat (33) in order to form the bypass arrangement, which projection forms a spacer that enables the flow relative to the valve seat (33).

The invention relates to a device for damping water hammers in hydraulic accumulators, in particular in piston accumulators, which is embodied in the form of the accumulator component which operates as a throttle on a fluid flow and is inserted between internal elements (12) of the accumulator and a hydraulic network (14) to which said accumulator is connectable, the throttle being formed by at least one transfer area (24) having a predetermined cross-section in a valve element (16) which, interrupts the fluid flow up to the transfer area (24) at one of the valve positions and releases it at the other position thereof. Said invention is characterised in that the respective transfer area (24) has at least one free end and a funnel-shaped enlargement (26, 28) is oriented towards the inside of the accumulator (12) or towards the hydraulic network (14), thereby making it possible to substantially improve known damping devices in such a way that noise emission is reduced to the greatest possible extent.

The invention relates to a hydraulic accumulator, especially a piston-type accumulator, comprising an accumulator housing (10) as well as at least one gas chamber (12) that is arranged therein and a fluid chamber (14) which are separated from each other via a separating element (16), particularly in the form of a piston. One free end of the accumulator housing (10) is sealed via a valve block (24) that is provided with a ball valve (28) which opens or blocks a fluid-guiding path (30) from the interior of the accumulator housing (10) towards the outside in the open position or closed position thereof such that the ball valve forms an integral part of the accumulator housing via the valve block and is thus accommodated in a compact manner within the hydraulic accumulator solution, also resulting in a reduction of the free fluid paths and therefore a reduction of tubing.

A hydraulic accumulator (A) detachable from a support body, comprising, therein, a fluid chamber (R2b) having a specified volume in the state of not accumulating working fluid therein and allowed to communicate with a fluid inlet (Pi) and a fluid outlet (P0), wherein the fluid inlet (Pi) and the fluid outlet (Po) are located on the lower side of the fluid chamber (R2b), the end part of an outflow passage (S0) on the fluid chamber (R2b) for communicating the fluid chamber (R2b) with the fluid outlet (P0) is opened to the upper part of the fluid chamber (R2b), an inflow passage (Si) communicating the fluid chamber (R2b) with the fluid inlet (Pi) is formed coaxially with the outflow passage (S0), and the end part of the inflow passage (Si) on the fluid chamber (R2b) side is opened to the upper part of the fluid chamber (R2b).
摘要:
The invention relates to a hydraulic accumulator, especially a piston accumulator, comprising an accumulator housing (10) and at least one gas chamber (12) and a fluid chamber (14), these being separated from each other by a separating element (16). At least one of these chambers (12, 14) can be filled with a pressure medium or at least partially emptied of the same through at least one valve control unit (26) which has a switching valve (28, 30). The respective switching valve (28) is accommodated in a corresponding valve location (29), and can be moved in the direction of movement of the separating element (16) from an opening position into closing position and vice-versa. The aim of the invention is to avoid an expensive line network between the hydraulic accumulator and the valve control unit, so that sealing or leakage problems such as are common in a line network, never occur, To this end, the valve control unit (26) is accommodated in a valve block (24) which is independent from the housing (10), said valve block (24) has an additional valve location (31) for an additional switching valve (30) for performing another switching task, and the valve locations (29, 31) are configured essentially identically and are situated eccentrically in relation to the longitudinal axis (33) of the hydraulic accumulator for modular use of the switching valves (28, 30), which are configured as identical parts.
