Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gewebe (G) zur Herstellung eines Bauteils, insbesondere eines ausgehärtet harzgetränkten Bauteils, wobei das Gewebe aus einem technischen Garn, wie insbesondere Aramidfaser, Kohlefaser, Keramikfaser oder Glasfaser besteht, und schlägt zur Erhöhung des Anteils der armierenden Textilstruktur vor, daß das Gewebe (G) aus zwei Kettsystemen besteht, deren zweites zur Ausbildung von im Querschnitt beidendig an dem ersten Kettsystem befestigten Falten (F) dient, wobei beide Kettsysteme mittels Fixierschüssen (1, 2) an den Faltenenden miteinander verbunden sind. Die Textilstruktur läßt sich in vorteilhafter Weise einstückig bilden; der verteuernde mehrteilige Aufbau entfällt.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un tissu décoratif avec motifs en relief et tissu ainsi obtenu. Selon l'invention, une partie, régulièrement répartie sur la largeur de la laize, de l'ensemble des fils de chaîne (12,13,14,15,16),est mise en position inactive pendant la formation d'une bande de tissu subséquente (20), tissée avec les fils de chaîne maintenus en position active (18,19), et les fils de chaîne inactivés (12,13,14,15,16) sont déportés et maintenus en position immobile pendant leur période d'inactivation en dehors du volume virtuel de la foule et ces fils de chaîne inactivés sont répartis par zones successives sur la largeur de la laize, les fils inactivés d'une même zone étant parallèles et définissant une nappe, et les zones ou nappes successives, le long de la largeur de la laize étant situées alternativement au-dessus (12,14,15) et au-dessous (13,16,17) par rapport au volume de la foule. A weaving method for producing tubular jacquard fabric, by means of looms, in which wording and/or patterns appear, in positive, on the outer faces of both sides of the tubular fabric. According to the invention, the warp threads (1,3,5,7,9) having odd positional orders and the warp threads (2,4,6,8,10) having even positional orders are interwoven with the weft threads (13,14) of a first and a second order of insertion respectively, inserted alternately to each other, making the respective weft threads appear on the outer faces of the two sides of the tubular fabric, in positions defining wording and/or patterns according to a pre-established jacquard weaving programme.

A conductive assembly (10) includes a conductive fabric core (12) which includes at least one electrically conductive element woven with the fabric core, optionally first and second impermeable layers (14, 16) enveloping the fabric core (12), first and second spacer layers (18, 20) overlying or within the impermeable layers (14, 16) and first and second conductive shield or screen layers (22, 24) overlying the spacer layers. The shield layers are electrically coupled together in the preferred embodiment for electromagnetic shielding. The spacer layers (18, 20) provide a stable and uniform spacing between the shield or screen conductors (22, 24) and the conductive fabric core (12).

Disclosed is a method of forming a 3D woven omega-shaped stiffener by flat weaving a plurality of layers of interwoven warp and weft fibers to form a flat woven fabric having a cap portion, a first and a second web portion, a first and second foot portion, and an inner wrap portion. The 3D woven fabric is woven so that least some of the weft fibers are continuous across a juncture between the web portion and the foot portions. The flat woven fabric is then formed into the omega shape.
