摘要: The present invention prevents worsening of symptoms of a patient. A server device (4) is provided with: a message database connected via a network N to a patient terminal (2) used by a patient for training for a treatment, and to a supporter terminal (3-n) of a supporter of the patient, the message database registering messages constructive to the treatment of the patient; and a control unit which, when a predetermined condition is satisfied, causes the messages registered in the message database to be displayed on the supporter terminal (3-n) in a selectable manner via the network (N), and causes a message selected by the supporter on the supporter terminal (3-n) to be displayed on the patient terminal (2) via the network (N) as a message from the supporter.

摘要: A device for aiding physical rehabilitation on tricycles is described. The device comprises a supporting frame and a treadmill constrained to the frame. The frame is provided with means for supporting a tricycle without pedals, which has two rear wheels spaced apart and a single central front wheel. The supporting means support the tricycle over the treadmill in a stationary manner and with the tricycle aligned with the direction of movement of the treadmill, along a direction referred to as longitudinal. The tricycle is located over the treadmill so that the rolling/sliding direction of the treadmill coincides with the longitudinal axis of the tricycle. The treadmill can be operated by the patient walking while sitting on the saddle of the tricycle; the rehabilitation provides for the patient to remain seated on the saddle of the tricycle and, by resting his or her feet on the treadmill, he or she is able to move it by moving his or her legs and simulating the walking.
An assembly comprising the device and a tricycle without pedals is also described.-

摘要: The invention relates to the field of transport, particularly, to rail transport systems with string-type track structure and represents, at least, one rail cord (3), tensioned above the foundation (1) between anchor (2) supports, which contains at least three discrete load-bearing elements (4), prestressed in longitudinal direction and positioned on the same line L in the cross section of the rail cord (3). The discrete load-bearing elements (4) are fixed resting on the caps (5) of intermediate (6) supports, with use of cross bulkheads (7).
Hereby, each discrete load-bearing element (4) contains contact surface K, continuous along the entire length of the rail cord (3), configured with the possibility of forming in totality, by all discrete load-bearing elements (4), of the rolling surface N of the rail cord (3) for self-powered wheeled vehicle (9), whereby the profile of the tread surface Z of wheels (10) mates with the profile of the rolling surface N of the rail cord (3) in places of fastening thereof on the caps (5) of supports (2) and/or (6).-

摘要: The claimed transport system by Yunitski is related to the field of transport, in particular - to rail transport systems with string-type track structure, and may be used in developing both monorail and multirail ways for providing transportation of passengers and goods.
The present invention represents at least one rail cord (4) tensioned above foundation (1) in spans (2) between supports (3), which includes load-bearing member (5) comprising longitudinally prestressed load-bearing element (6), concreted to specified depth into binder (7) layer of the load-bearing member, and, conjugated with this binder (7) layer, loaded (8) layer with rolling surface (K) for self-powered movable units (9).
The transport system, thanks to the "bodiless" variant of practical implementation of the load-bearing member (5), allows to significantly increase the specific carrying capacity of the track structure, as well as to reduce the cost of constructing transport highways thanks to the decreased material consumption and labor intensity.-
