    摘要: An electrical connector assembly includes a cassette (10) and a receptacle (20) electrically and mechanically coupled together. The cassette (10) includes a housing (11) encompassing a printed circuit board and a plurality of electrical contacts (30) in connection with terminals on the circuit board and disposed at a bottom surface of the cassette housing (11) for exterior connection thereto. The receptacle (20) includes a housing having a cavity (21) for receipt of the cassette (10) therein. The cavity (21) is of size to accommodate rotation of the cassette (10) in the cavity (21) from an insertion position to a latched position. The receptacle (20) housing includes a plurality of spring contacts (31) and adjacent the bottom of the cavity (21), the spring contacts (31) being electrically engaged by the contacts (30) on the cassette (10) upon insertion of the cassette (10) into the receptacle cavity (21). The receptacle housing includes a pair of spaced opposing pins (41) projecting into the cavity (21) that enter and engage slots (40) formed on the lower sides of the cassette (10). These pins (41) and slots (40) provide a stop surface to prevent overstressing the spring contacts (30, 31) during insertion and rotation of the cassette (10) and also provide a pivot on which the cassette (10) is rotated from the insertion position to the latched position.

    摘要: A solar panel module for directly mounting to a roof surface comprises a plurality of solar panels and a low profile, elongated frame including a generally flat, rectangular base having a plurality of substantially planar surfaces for supporting the under surfaces of the solar panels. The panels are removably sealed to the frames at the under surfaces thereof, rendering the upper surfaces fully free and unencumbered for receipt of incident solar radiation. The frame includes, integrally therewith, upstanding walls adjacent opposite edges of the panel supporting surfaces, defining raceway channels for concealed passage of electrical wires connected to the solar panels. The channels and walls have provision for overlapping interlocking with similarly fabricated frames for ease of installation, weather-proofing and high-density panel mounting.

The connector includes a conductive housing which supports in electrical isolation an insulation displacing electrical contact. An assembly nut supports the drain wire of the coaxial cable, in electrical engagement therewith, to place the connector housing in electrical continuity with the drain wire of the cable.
