The present invention discloses a packet-switched network access method, a WLAN access system and a user equipment. The packet-switched network access method includes: receiving indication information sent by a user equipment attached to a WLAN or sent by an HSS/AAA, where the indication information is used to indicate whether the user equipment is capable of providing information of accessing a PS network; and determining, according to the indication information, whether establishing a PDN connection after authentication is successful or after a layer 3 message sent by the user equipment is received, so that the user equipment accesses a PS network by using the WLAN. In the packet-switched network access method, the WLAN access system and the user equipment according to the embodiments of the present invention, whether the user equipment is capable of providing information of accessing a packet switched PS network is indicated to the WLAN access system, so that the WLAN access system can establish the PDN connection correctly according to the indication. As a result, different types of UEs can access the PS network by using the WLAN, which can improve user experience.

The technical solutions provided in the embodiments of the present invention include: determining a service to be carried out with a target user equipment as a priority service; and creating a priority service bearer for the priority service, and carrying out the priority service by using the priority service bearer. The present invention relates to a bearer control method and system. The bearer control method is applied to a network architecture supporting multiple access technologies, and includes: establishing a packet data network PDN connection when a terminal device UE accesses a network; and identifying and transmitting a service data flow of the UE on an air interface bearer between the UE and an access network access node according to obtained quality of service QoS information, and transmitting the service data flow by using a transmission tunnel between the access network access node and a core network gateway, or directly sending the service data flow to a packet data network by using the access network access node. A function of an MME is simplified by performing hierarchical management on a bearer between the UE and a network. The access network access node controls transmission of the service data flow on the air interface bearer according to the QoS information. This enhances management on an air interface resource status by the access network access node, improves network resource management efficiency and a network capacity, reduces power consumption, and provides a basis for further evolution of a mobile network.
