    摘要: The invention relates to a cryosurgical device for operating a first cryoprobe having a pressure-proof return and a second cryoprobe having a non-pressure-proof return. The device can be operated in a first more to operate the first cryoprobe and in a second mode to operate the second cryoprobe. It comprises a control, a fluid source for making a fluid available which can be passed into the cryoprobes to cool them utilizing the Joule Thomson effect, at least two cryoprobe connections, the first cryoprobe being connected to a cryoprobe connection of the cryoprobe connections in the first mode and the second cryoprobe being connected thereto in the second mode, and a pressure adjustment device having at least one proportional valve. The pressure adjustment device is connected to the cryoprobe in such a fashion that it allows the pressure ratio of the supply relative to the return of the cryoprobes in the first and second mode, the control controlling the cooling power of the cryoprobes by adjusting the proportional valve. When the pressure adjustment device is expediently connected, the cryoprobes can be efficiently operated in the first and second mode.
