    Abstract: A package container comprises a storage container (11) formed by deforming a multi-layered sheet of a resin by means of thermoforming, a cover body (13) of a resin for sealing the storage container (11), and an outer package body which surrounds the outside of the storage container (11) and is formed of a non-metallic material having higher rigidity and heat insulation than the storage container (11). Since the storage container is not formed of a metal, discarded package containers can not only be easily crushed but also easily recovered. The storage container (11) and the cover body (13) are formed of resin and the outer package body is formed of a non-metallic material, so that it is possible to directly heat food by means of induction heating and to heat food to a reasonably high termperature in a short period of time. Furthermore, the outer package body has a high heat insulation, so that it can be easily held by hand immediately after taken out from a vending machine, and food does not cool in a short period of time.

    Abstract: A process and a device for closing an aperture in a tubular container designed especially for fluids and consisting of paper or cardboard with a sealing coating on at least one side, involve closing the upper container aperture by folding the four container sides at the top over one another and securing them. To allow the closure to be easily opened by pulling up one side of the closure to form a pouring lip and to sealingly secure the four folded container sides, a foil-like sealing component is adhesively secured to the inner surface of the front of the container after folding of the sides. Thus, in particular, the free folded edges of the container sides are sealed and firmly secured to the bordering regions of the adjacent sides without the surfaces folded on top of one another being stuck together. When the container is opened by pulling up the pouring lip side of the closure, the sealing component is easily separated along the folded sides to which the pulled-up side is attached, thus facilitating opening the closure.

Il comporte les phases de pliage suivantes: une phase préparatoire de pose des tire-scel et de découpage du film d'emballage à une longueur prédéterminée, une phase a) de pliage en U; une phase b) de premier pliage latéral, une phase c) de second pliage latéral suivant et de pliage des cornes inférieures, une phase de remplissage, une phase d) de premier pliage latéral supérieur, une phase e) de second pliage latéral supérieur, une phase f) de pliage des cornes supérieures.
