-) définition des caractéristiques géométriques du corps tubulaire (2) à réaliser;-) création d'une image initiale (6) couvrant la surface du corps tubulaire (2) à réaliser, ladite image initiale (6) ayant un bord latéral droit et un bord latéral gauche;
-) création d'une image intermédiaire (8) à partir de l'image initiale (6) en ajoutant une bande latérale (13) à l'un desdits bords de l'image initiale, ladite bande latérale (13) comprenant une réplique de l'autre desdits bords de l'image initiale;
-) impression d'au moins une image intermédiaire (8) sur une feuille, l'image intermédiaire (8) étant disposée de telle sorte que les bords latéraux de l'image est parallèle à la direction de déroulement de la feuille;
-) découpe d'une bandelette de chaque côté latéral de l'image intermédiaire (8) pour former une image finale (10);
-) conformation de la feuille en corps tubulaire (2) et assemblage bord à bord pour obtenir une continuité du décor entre le bord droit et le bord gauche de l'image.-

摘要: An apparatus for straightening or reducing the curve in a roll of plastic pipe is disclosed. The apparatus has a first line of non-driven rollers arranged in an arc and a second line of non-driven rollers also arranged in an arc with the first and second lines of rollers spaced are apart so that a pipe can snuggly pass between them. Each line includes multiple rollers which are spaced apart in the direction of travel of the pipe and arranged so as not to engage the top of bottom of the pipe as it passes through the apparatus.

摘要: There is provided a forming apparatus for constraining a composite charge and forming the composite charge into a highly contoured composite structure. The forming apparatus includes a first die and a second die between which the composite charge is formed. The first die has pairs of first die portions spaced apart to define a die cavity into which the composite charge is formed into a contoured hat section having a cap. The forming apparatus includes a constraining assembly having a constraining device positioned in the die cavity. The constraining device is designed to constrain a cap portion, and to apply an upward resistive force against the cap portion, and against a downward compressive force applied by the second die, to provide wrinkle prevention in the cap as the contoured hat section is formed. The constraining assembly has a retaining element to retain the constraining device.
