    摘要： A method and apparatus for converting a picture into a video, and a device and a storage medium. The method comprises: segmenting an original picture to obtain a foreground region and a background region; performing iterative transformation of visual depth on the background region; and storing, as a picture frame, an image obtained from each transformation, so as to obtain a plurality of frames of images, wherein the iterative transformation comprises performing visual depth transformation at least twice; and splicing the plurality of frames of images to obtain a target video. By means of the method for converting a picture into a video provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure, a plurality of images, which are produced by means of performing iterative transformation of visual depth on an image in a background region, are spliced, so as to obtain a video album having a foreground image in focus and a background image with a Hitchcock transformation effect, and there is no need to make the album manually and the convenience of album production is improved.

    摘要： This application provides a wireless communication method and a communication apparatus. The method includes: A terminal device receives a data frame from a second device by using a first device, and notifies the first device when the terminal device determines that a communication data block from the first device is not successfully received. After determining a data unit that is in the data frame and that corresponds to the communication data block, the terminal device notifies the second device through a second-step feedback, so that the second device adjusts a reference frame for subsequent data frame encoding, to avoid encoding performed by referencing the data frame or the data unit that is not successfully transmitted. According to the method, service reliability can be improved when a service requirement is satisfied.
