摘要: Technologies are described for determining possible routes using pre-processing operations. The pre-processing operations determine possible routes from an origin location to a destination location by dynamically generating representations of the transportation networks at runtime. For example, the pre-processing operations can dynamically determine a geographic area, and/or multiple sub-areas, that covers the origin location and the destination location. Possible routes from the origin location to the destination location can then be determined using only those locations within the geographic area and/or sub-areas. The locations that make up the possible routes can be provided for route optimization that utilizes transportation schedules and/or additional transportation requirements.

摘要: Methods and systems for transmitting content during a networked conference. In an embodiment, a method is provided for secure access to online events. The method includes receiving a request from a user to access an online event, obtaining a user email address, an event identifier and an event passcode, and hashing the user email address, the event identifier and the event passcode to generate a ticket hash value. The method also includes forming a secure ticket that comprises the ticket hash value, and transmitting the secure ticket to the user. The method also includes receiving the secure ticket from the user when the user wants to access the event, hashing the user email address, the event identifier, and the event passcode to generate a confirming hash value, and comparing the two hash values and granting event access to the user if the two hash values match.

摘要: The invention relates to a method and a system for transfer of baggage between connecting flights from airlines not having an arrangement for baggage check-through. The passenger books a journey and check-in at a departure airport, shifts to a connecting flight at a transit airport and completes the journey at a destination airport. The passenger check-in the baggage at the departure airport and collects the baggage at the destination airport. The journey comprises transfer of baggage at a transit airport between connecting flights from airlines, not having an arrangement for baggage check-through, by having no alliance, codeshare, or interline agreement between one another.

摘要: Issues relating to the setup and maintenance of virtual agents have been, to a substantial degree, resolved through the use of a dynamically adaptable knowledge graph. The knowledge graph is rapidly produced by organizing conversation statements into a multi-level hierarchy of clusters. Each of these clusters is associated with a node of the knowledge graph, and edges between the nodes represent the orders in which statements may be made in a conversation with a virtual agent. Maintenance and refinement of the knowledge graph is greatly simplified by monitoring virtual agent performance at a node specific level and employing human agents to moderate changes at individual nodes. With this approach, the performance of a virtual agent can be constantly improved by targeted human intervention. The virtual agent can even adapt in real-time to changing conditions and needs. For example, nodes of the knowledge graph may be quickly and automatically adapted to the introduction of a new product or discovery of a new customer issue. As is discussed further herein, a substantial improvement in the generation, maintenance and performance of virtual agents is achieved through a judicious and groundbreaking combination of machine learning and human augmentation.
