摘要: The rigidity of bristles in a direction of pressure difference between a high-pressure side and a low-pressure side is increased, the rigidity in a direction orthogonal to the direction of pressure difference is decreased, thereby reducing the wear of bristles, and also the leakage of sealed fluid is reduced. Provided is a brush seal having: a bristle part formed by multiple bristles attached to a stationary part between the stationary part and a rotational part that undergo relative motion by maintaining a space in between; and a back plate attached adj acent to the bristle part on its low-pressure side to restrict the movement of the bristle part, wherein such brush seal for sealing fluid flowing between the stationary part and rotational part is characterized in that the bristle part formed by multiple bristles is such that the multiple bristles arranged in the direction of pressure difference between the high-pressure side and low-pressure side are mutually fixed between a base end and a free end to form planar bristles and these planar bristles are arranged continuously in layers in a circumferential direction to form the circular bristle part; and wherein circumferential grooves are formed on the sealing face of the bristle part on its free end side.

摘要: The present invention reduces the number of components in a mechanism for absorbing pressure fluctuations during liquid expansion, simplifies assembly, and reduces component costs. In order to do so, this accumulator has a seal holder provided in a bellows cap, and a plate-shaped seal held by the seal holder. The seal holder is provided with an inward-facing flange-shaped outer-circumferential-side engaging part, while the seal is provided with an outward-projection-shaped inner-circumferential-side engaging part which comprises a rubber elastic, engages the outer-circumferential-side engaging part, and is provided on the outer circumference of the seal body. When a liquid expands inside a liquid chamber while the liquid chamber is closed, the outer-circumferential-side engaging part elastically deforms the inner-circumferential-side engaging part, the seal remains seated on the seating surface as a result of the difference between the pressure-receiving surface areas on both surfaces thereof, and the bellows cap moves to a position at which the liquid pressure and the gas pressure are balanced.

摘要: A mechanical seal having a seal cover that has a high versatility and is less prone to deformation even when secured to a housing by two bolts is provided. A mechanical seal 100 includes a rotating ring 40, a stationary ring 20, and a seal cover 10 to attach the stationary ring 20 to a housing 300. The seal cover 10 includes two U-shaped grooves 11 and two elongate holes 12 for bolting, which are disposed alternately and at regular intervals in a circumferential direction of the shaft hole, and elongate holes 12 are elongate in a radial direction of the shaft hole and innermost positions within the elongate holes 12 where bolt shanks can pass through are located further inward than innermost positions within the U-shaped grooves 11 where bolt shanks can pass through.

摘要: Sliding parts by which a sealing function of the sealing faces can be maintained for a long time by actively taking a fluid into sealing faces and discharging the fluid from the sealing faces while meeting contradictory conditions of sealing and lubrication so as to prevent concentration of sediment causative substances on the sealing faces and hence prevent generation of sediment are provided.
A fluid circulation groove 10 including an inlet section 10a where a fluid comes in from a high pressure fluid side, an outlet section 10b where the fluid goes out to the high pressure fluid side, and a communication section 10c that provides communication between the inlet section and the outlet section is provided in at least one of sealing faces of a pair of sliding parts that slide on each other. The fluid circulation groove 10 is isolated from a low pressure fluid side by a land section R. A section of a bottom wall of the fluid circulation groove 10 is formed in a round bottom shape.
