摘要： A guide drive such that it is possible to increase the number of guide fitting members, mainly of guide bars and nests even when the warp knitting machine is installed in a conventional small space, and to eliminate the need for a large installation space at the side of the warp knitting machine by effectively utilizing the space above a fan-shaped array to install its drive power source (displacement generating means) in the space. Displacement generating means (3) is provided above guide bars (10) to a supporting member (1) fitted to a frame (2), either directly or via a base bar (5) which is a fitting and holding member. The guide bars (10) are connected displaceably to this displacement generating means (3). A plurality of arrays of guide bars are arranged in parallel to each other and in a direction crossing a row of needles. Each guide bar is displaceable independently, thereby making it possible to reduce the angle of circumference of guide bar unit installation. Furthermore, in order to provide a guide drive unit surpassing multi-bar Raschel machines in patterning function, thread feeding guides of guide fitting members are fastened to long members for driving use, each shogging independently, thereby narrowing the nest angle.

摘要： This invention provides operation selecting control method and apparatus for a shifter fork of a torchon lace machine which are capable of satisfactorily following up a high-speed rotation without an erroneous operation, and which have simple constitution. Poles (23a, 23b) as selector rods are supported pivotably on a lift member (20), a part of a driving means so that the poles can act on a part of a fork shaft (14) or a shifter fork (11). Permanent magnets (22a, 22b) are provided on these poles, and solenoids (21a, 21b) in the vicinity thereof so that the solenoids can work magnetically on the poles. In order to move the poles to an operating or non-operating position with respect to the fork shaft or shifter fork, an electric current is applied to the solenoids to generate a homopolar repulsive magnetic field between the solenoids and permanent magnets, whereby the poles constituting selector rods are moved. In order to stop the movement of the poles, the solenoids are deenergized. Thus, the selecting operations are controlled.

摘要： A patterning device for warp knitting machines, in which a stator for a linear pulse motor is assembled on a holding member and a plurality of movers are provided on the same holding member at proper intervals with a part of the movers serving as guide points, and in which the linear pulse motor is made thin, and an erroneous operation such as loss of synchronism is prevented in position control to afford stable positioning in the event of power outage and external noises. Thus poles of the movers (4) are disposed to face poles on both sides of the stator (18) assembled in the holding member (3). Mover driving coils (17) on the poles of the movers are combined with NS directions of two field magnets (15a, 15b) facing the poles of the stator (18) and tooth profiles of the poles of the stator so that magnetic paths of the field magnets are oriented in the same direction. Also, in a control method, positioning accuracy reliability of the movers is enhanced and an erroneous operations such as loss of synchronism are eliminated by providing position sensors in association with the both poles and controlling an exciting condition by means of parameters. Further, ranges, in which the movers act, are enlarged by dispensing with signal cables for connection to the movers. Microcomputers are loaded on the movers to decrease an amount of information over induction lines.
