摘要: This application provides a communication method and apparatus. The information transmission method includes: receiving measurement configuration information from a network device, where the measurement configuration information is used to configure a channel measurement resource and M interference measurement resources, and M is a positive integer greater than or equal to 1; and sending a bitmap to the network device, where the bitmap includes one or more bits, each of the one or more bits corresponds to one or more interference measurement resources, a value of each of the one or more bits indicates interference of the one or more interference measurement resources corresponding to each bit to the channel measurement resource, and the M interference measurement resources include the one or more interference measurement resources. According to the communication method provided in embodiments of this application, a terminal device can report, by reporting the bitmap, impact of the interference measurement resources on the channel measurement resource in one time of measurement. This saves transmission resources and improves transmission efficiency.

Therefore, a frequency division configuration is not excessively flexible, signaling overheads are further reduced, and system performance is improved.

摘要: Embodiments of this application provide a signal forwarding method and apparatus, and relate to the field of wireless communication technologies, to improve a coverage gain and reduce a forwarding delay. In this method, a relay node may combine N signals into one signal. Each signal may be a signal obtained by performing frequency shift on a signal received by a receive channel corresponding to each signal, or each signal may be a signal obtained without performing frequency shift on a signal received by a receive channel corresponding to each signal. At least one signal included in the N signals is a signal obtained by performing frequency shift on a signal received by a receive channel corresponding to the at least one signal. The relay node may send the combined one signal. In the foregoing solution, the relay node may receive a plurality of signals, combine the plurality of signals, and then send a combined signal, to implement parallel receiving of a plurality of beams, so that the beams have larger angle coverage at one moment, and a beam gain can be obtained. Therefore, an uplink forwarding gain of the relay node can be significantly improved.

A terminal device determines the beam indicated or activated by using the downlink signaling, determines, based on an association relationship between a beam and a channel measurement configuration, a channel measurement configuration associated with the beam, performs channel measurement based on the channel measurement configuration, to obtain a channel measurement result, and reports the channel measurement result to the network device. According to the channel measurement solution in this application, when channel quality of a new beam needs to be measured, the network device does not need dedicated signaling to indicate a channel measurement configuration associated with the new beam. When the beam is indicated or activated, the terminal device is triggered to perform channel measurement, to implement low-latency and low-overhead channel measurement.

摘要: This application provides a diversity communication method and apparatus, to provide a diversity transmission solution. A first device maps a plurality of modulation symbols corresponding to one transport block to a plurality of antenna ports, where a plurality of consecutive modulation symbols are mapped to one antenna port in each mapping. Then, the first device maps the modulation symbols on each antenna port to a frequency domain resource corresponding to the antenna port, and frequency domain resources corresponding to different antenna ports do not overlap. The frequency domain resources corresponding to the different antenna ports do not overlap. In other words, the transport block is transmitted on different channels, and therefore diversity transmission of the transport block is implemented. In addition, when the modulation symbols are mapped to the antenna ports, the plurality of consecutive modulation symbols are mapped each time. In this mapping manner, a phase difference between the plurality of consecutive modulation symbols may be kept undamaged, so that a communication system is enabled to maintain a low peak to average power ratio PAPR.
