    摘要: The invention concerns an enhanced system for the stabilization of an object with reference to a moving platform. The invention is in particular suitable for the stabilization of a shipborne optical search sensor. The system comprises a stabilization platform and a regulator. According to the invention, the regulator calculates control signals for the stabilization platform on the basis of a combination of absolute ship's angular position signals and signals produced by rate gyro systems mounted on the stabilization platform. Thus, disturbances caused by flexure of the ship's structure and the stabilization platform are effectively compensated for. Said signals are preferably combined by frequency-dependent weighting.

    摘要: This invention relates to distributed single integrated picture method, platform and network for tracking moving objects. More particularly, this invention is adapted to create and maintain a Single Integrated Air Picture (SIAP) by each platform in the distributed network.
    An object of this invention is a data compression method adapted for tracking system comprising :

    the reception of locally acquired data,
    the prediction of trajectory from these locally acquired data,
    the calculation of short tracks from these locally predicted trajectories,
    a dynamical reduction of the short track calculation and/or distribution.
    The dynamical reduction could comprise an update of the short tracks only if predicted trajectory deviates from a predetermined value from an estimated local trajectory or if predicted trajectory accuracy becomes larger than a predetermined accuracy threshold.
    The data compression method influences the timely availability of the Single Integrated Air Picture (SIAP), and thereby the maintenance of Single Integrated Air Picture (SIAP).

    摘要: The present invention generally relates to cryogenic refrigerator and more particularly, the cryogenic refrigerator compressor assembly procedure and to means for supporting piston for use in such a cryogenic refrigerator.
    This invention solves the above-mentioned drawbacks by avoiding the radial movements of the piston. An object of this invention is the assembly procedure of a cooler compressor comprising the following steps:

    At least one piston is coated by a material,
    Each piston is placed in the cylinder,
    The temperature is raised up until a predetermined temperature so as the piston and/or its coat expanse to occupy all the cylinder,
    Each piston is fixed in the cylinder in this position,
    The temperature returns to ambient temperature.

    Another object of this invention is the cooler compressor piston spring comprising two flexure bearings separated by a gap connected together by a first and a outer rings.

    摘要: Protection of electronics contained in COTS equipment against the effects of latch-up caused by solar radiation, a nuclear explosion, electromagnetic induction or supply voltage fluctuations. To this effect, the supply currents are, in a preoperational phase of the COTS equipment, measured and stored in a memory device. During operation, the supply currents are continuously compared with the memorized supply currents, resulting in the disconnection of the electronics if the consumed currents significantly exceed the memorised currents.

    摘要: This invention relates to radar signal processing. In particular, this invention concerns Doppler processing and clutter filtering on irregular Pulse Repetition Time (PRT) sampled signal.
    This invention solves the above-mentioned drawbacks, in particular solving the velocity ambiguity and filtering any type of clutter, providing a deconvolution method which filter any kind of clutter even varying clutter like sea clutter, rain clutter...
    The deconvolution method of irregular pulse repetition time sampled signal x ( t m ), comprises the following steps:

    [S1] conversion of the irregular samples x ( t m ) to regular samples r ( iT ε );
    [S2] computation of the spectrum dft( r ) of these regular samples;
    [S3] isolation of the clutter spectra in dft( r ) by assuming clutter spreads over more than a few range gates;
    [S4] estimation of the clutter spectral lines from the mean and the width of the isolated clutter spectra;
    [S5] subtraction of the estimated clutter spectra from the total spectrum dft( r );
    [S6] deconvolution of the remaining spectra.

    摘要: There is disclosed a method for distributing data across a network which comprises a plurality of nodes. The method includes a step of publishing the data, said step being performed by a node producing the data. The method includes a step of subscribing to the kind of the data, said step being performed by at least one node consuming the data. The data are conveyed from the producing node to the consuming nodes by use of the Source-Specific Multicast method even in case of only one consuming node, so as to limit data distribution between the nodes. Application : distribution of data in a wide area network, telephony and conferencing.
