Um mit niedrigem, die Standzeit der Stirnschneide (5) des als Hohlstempel (4) ausgebildeten Stanzwerkzeuges verlängerndem Stanzdruck arbeiten zu können und gleichzeitig eine sichere Trennung des ausgestanzten Teils zu erreichen, ist der Hohlstempel mit einem Anschlußstutzen (7) versehen, über den der Innenraum (8) des Hohlstempels mit einer Vakuumquelle verbindbar ist.

With the device, the desired cutting accuracy is obtained by using mechanical positioning means which operate on the kneecap of the leg, which is preferably bended in the knee joint in its natural bending direction by bending means. The positioning means may comprise one or more supporting elements (94;164;216,218) with a stop edge, which can be moved along the thigh of the leg to against the kneecap.

摘要： In accordance with the present invention, there is provided a poultry thigh and drumstick deboning device, comprising clamping means (14) for holding a said poultry thigh or drumstick firmly down onto a deboning plate; a pair of spring-biased gripper jaws (11) adapted to grip a protruding end of the bone of the poultry thigh or drumstick on said deboning plate; and a rotary cutter blade assembly adapted to separate the meat from the bone as the thigh or drumstick is drawn though the said assembly by said gripper jaws, said jaws being rotatably driven during passage of the bone through the assembly; the cutter blades of the said cutter blade assembly being made from a material which is hard enough to cut off the meat but which is not hard enough to cut into the bone.
