    摘要: A valve for an aerosol comprises a valve body (1) and a surrounding rubber sleeve (2). The body defines an inlet and outlet passages (3, 4) and bores (5, 6) connecting these passages to the surface of the valve. When the pressure of fluid in the inlet passage (3) and bore (5) builds to a sufficient value the sleeve is pushed away from the body permitting flow through the bores between the passages. When the pressure falls the sleeve closes the bores to interrupt the flow.

    摘要: Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kapsel und ein Verfahren zum Füllen der Kapsel sowie die Technik der Gasspeicherung und kann in der Medizin, in der Haushaltschemie, im Feuerbekämpfungswesen, in der Parfümindustrie, als Gasquelle für aufblasbare Körper usw. verwendet werden.
    Die Erfindung erlaubt es, Vorgänge zur Schaffung eines Überdruckes in Aerosolund anderen Sprühprodukten zu vereinfachen und zu beschleunigen, um die Sicherheit des Betriebes dieser Produkte zu erhöhen.
    Die Gasspeicherkapsel weist ein gasdichtes Gehäuse auf, in dem Partikel eines Sorptionsmittels zum Sorbieren von Gas enthalten sind und das mit einem abgedichteten Abgabekanal versehen ist. Gemäß der Erfindung ist im Gehäuse ein vom Sorptionsmittel freier Hohlraum vorgesehen, dessen Volumen an eine bestimmte Menge an sorbierendem, in festem Zustand befindlichen Gas ausreichend angepasst ist und der mit einer Gelegenheit zur Eingabe des sorbierenden, im festen Zustand befindlichen Gases versehen ist.
    Das Verfahren zum Füllen der Kapsel mit Gas wird unter der Voraussetzung eines Sorptionsmittels in der Kapsel ausgeführt, die mit einem gasdichten Gehäuse versehen ist, das Partikel eines Sorptionsmittels halten kann und mit einem Mittel zur Gasabgabe aus der Kapsel versehen ist, wobei die Sorption durch das Sorptionsmittel des Gases erfolgt. Das Verfahren ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Kapsel ein freier Hohlraum vorgesehen ist, in den eine bestimmte Menge an in festem Zustand befindlichen Gas eingegeben wird.

Two openings (32d, 16a) are provided respectively in the vessel (32) and the container (10), and a tube (54) connects the openings to permit pressurized gas to be introduced through the container (10) into the chamber (38).

    摘要: An apparatus for dispensing product from a container (10) in which first (36) and second (40) members are provided in a vessel (32) which is disposed in the container. The first member defines with the vessel a first chamber (38), and the second member defines with the first member a second chamber (46). The second member moves in response to the pressure in the container to a first position relative to the first member and pressure (48) is exerted in the second chamber on said second member to move it to a second position in response to the pressure in the container decreasing below the predetermined pressure. When the second member moves to the second position the first chamber is connected (36a,36b) with the container to permit the pressurized gas in the first chamber to pass to the container and when the second member moves to the first position this connection is disconnected to prevent the passage of the gas.

    摘要: Systems for storing and dispensing gases. The gas storage systems are two-phase gas/solid or gas/liquid, or three-phase gas/liquid/solid, functioning by reversible sorption. In gas storage systems having a solid phase, use is made of a polymeric material, preferably a hydrogel, having microvoids functioning as interstitial stores for gas. Reversible gas sorption in the microporous polymer is improved by treatment with a swelling promoter. The stored gas may be a propellant, and reversible sorption propellant storage may be used in all types of pressure pack dispenser. Cryogenic techniques facilitate preparation of propellant systems with standardised parameters. The invention enables use of safe and environmentally benign gases as propellants.
