摘要: The invention relates to a valve with refill-preventing device (100) for disposable containers of pressurized gas, said valve comprising: i) a body (110) having a substantially cylindrical shape wherein a cylindrical upper chamber (120) and lower chamber (130) are formed, said chambers being arranged in fluid communication through an intermediate channel (140) having a cylindrical shape, said body (110) comprising a first aperture (111) formed on its top and adapted to put said upper chamber (120) in fluid communication with the outside, and a second aperture (112) formed on its bottom and adapted to put said lower chamber (130) in fluid communication with a container of pressurized gas; ii) a piston (200) arranged in said lower chamber (130) and having a stem (210) is coaxially restrained at one of its ends, said stem (210) stretching out through said intermediate channel (140) and said upper chamber (120) and protruding beyond the upper chamber (120) through said first aperture (111); iii) a first sealing element (220) arranged at the end of the piston (200) restrained to the stem (210). The valve also comprises a second sealing element (230) restrained to the opposite end of the piston (200), the piston (200) being axially movable in the lower chamber (130) between a first end position, wherein the first sealing element (220) seals an inlet of the channel intermediate (140), and a second end position wherein the second sealing element (230) seals the second aperture (112). The stem (210) comprises an intermediate portion (212) having a reduced cross-section configured to allow removal of an end portion (210a) thereof.

The boss includes a port extending between the interior chamber and an exterior of the pressure vessel; and an annular flange extending radially from the port and having an exterior surface and an interior surface. The liner includes an exterior portion adjacent the exterior surface of the flange; an interior portion adjacent the interior surface of the flange; and a vent in the interior portion. A method for forming a pressure vessel includes mounting a boss on a mandrel, flowing a non-metallic polymer around a flange of the boss to form an internal liner of the pressure vessel, forming a vent in an interior portion of the liner; and forming an outer shell surrounding the liner and at least a portion of the flange of the boss.

According to the invention, the apparatus also comprises a sensor (6) of the temperature of the first container (1) and the electronic logic circuit (8) is configured to determine, in accordance with a predetermined initial amount of acetylene, the value of the temperature measured by the sensor (6) and the value of the pressure measured by the first pressure gauge (2), the residual amount of acetylene in the first container (1), and to determine, in accordance with a predetermined initial amount of oxygen and the value of the pressure measured by the second pressure gauge (22), the residual amount of oxygen in the second container (21).

Selected inner surfaces of the tank (12) and the PMD are covered with a plasma powder sprayed titanium based coating to guarantee propellant wettability and corrosion resistance of the fuel supply system.

摘要: A hight-pressure composite vessel comprising a casing fabricated through blow-moulding a preform of thermoplastic, a connection pipe fitting. In the connection connection pipe fitting (3) with a retaining collar (7), opposite to a sealing groove (9) designed for an o-ring seal, there is a groove (10) for a seeger to mount a non-detachable collar (11a) of the preform (11) by way of the seeger (10a). A method of manufacturing the high-pressure composite vessel under which the casing of the vessel is fabricated of a perform that is blow-moulded so as to obtain the required dimensions thereof, whereas the preform of a thermoplastic material is fabricated using any technology; and the casing of the vessel is connected with the connection pipe fitting, and the external surface of the vessel re reinforced by a special composite layer. The preform (11) first undergoes a process of controlled crystalization and, then, the ring-shaped groove (11b) is made in the collar (11a) of the preform (11).
