    摘要: The invention concerns transparent fire break glass panels. The inventive glazing comprises at least two glass sheets and an intumescent phosphate-based material layer, layer which is located between said two glass sheets. The intumescent material comprises pyrogenous silica or a mixture of pyrogenous silica and alumina which enables said material to be exempt from creep deformation at temperatures preceding the expansion of the intumescent material in fire resistance tests. The inventive glass panels have improved heat resistance, and are more easily manufactured than similar glass panels in prior art.

    摘要: The invention relates to a fire-protective substance particularly for the treatment of objects made of steel, for plastic materials, wood, regenerating raw materials, for the coating of cables, for wettable and/or absorptive materials, and further relates to a method for producing of a fire-protective substance particularly for the last-mentioned materials and to a method for depositing of a fire-protective substance particularly on an object made of steel. The fire-protective substance according to the present invention comprises particularly for objects made of steel at least one priming component, further an intermediate component as well as a swelling component, particularly for plastic materials the dehydrating agent ammonium polyphosphate, particularly for the treatment of wood an insulating layer forming agent, particularly for the coating of cables clay in addition to the insulating layer forming agent and particularly for the wettable and/or absorptive materials as dehydrating agent which is solved in water, urea phosphate, monoammonium phosphate and diammonium phosphate. According to the method of the present invention for producing of a fire-protective substance, a binding agent is, first of all, solved in water; this admixture is diluted by water; urea phosphate, monoammonium phosphate are solved therein and, after a further addition of water, diammonium phosphate is added with such a portion that the resulting solution is neutralized. According to the method of the present invention, the first priming component is deposited on the surface of the object made of steel which is to be protected, then the intermediate component and the swelling component are deposited, and finally the second priming component is deposited on the swelling component. The fire-protective substance is particularly suitable for objects made of steel and for regenerating raw materials, for example deciduous trees or conifers in order to avoid the danger of a forest fire or a fire of christmas trees.

Neben anderen Anwendungen sind solche Brandschutzgele insbesondere zur Herstellung von Verbundglaskonstruktionen mit Brandschutzwirkung geeignet.

    摘要: Red phosphorus flame retardants for synthetic resin are produced by a method comprising the steps of heating yellow phosphorus at temperatures of 250 to 600 °C to effect a partial conversion of yellow phosphorus to red phosphorus; removing unconverted yellow phosphorus; and coating particles of the resulting red phosphorus with at least one of thermosetting resin and metal hydroxide. The thus obtained red phosphorus flame retardants are very stable because of significantly improved heat resistance, water resistance and weatherability and thus can provide nonflammable resinous compositions which can be used for long period of time. The nonflammable composition consists essentially of 100 parts by weight of polyolefine resin, 20 to 200 parts by weight of hydrated inorganic filler and 0.1 to 30 parts by weight of the coated red phosphorus flame retardant.
