    摘要: A vibrator assembly (12) is for use on a strapping head (10) for a strapping machine configured to position, tension and seal strapping material around a load. The strapping head (10) includes a body (14), an anvil (16), and a welding motor (26) having a rotating output shaft (28). The vibrator assembly (12) includes an eccentric element (32) operably mounted to the welding motor output shaft (28) for rotation therewith. A bearing (42) is disposed about the eccentric element, a housing (46) houses the eccentric element and bearing at least in part within the housing. The housing (46) defines a cup-shaped well (48) having a first axis length and a second axis length. The first axis length is longer than the second axis length. The first axis length is in a transverse direction, and the second axis length is in an oscillating direction. The bearing (42) is restrained in the oscillating direction. A weld pad (24) is operably connected to the housing (46) by a link. As the motor output shaft (28) rotates, the eccentric element (32) is rotated and in turn rotates the bearing (42) to impart oscillating motion to the weld pad (24) in the oscillating direction. The housing is restrained from moving in the transverse direction.
