The cam mechanism (28) comprises at least a cam channel (29) and a cam follower (30) coupled to the pair of interaction tabs (26), movably arranged within the cam channel (29), and being configured to move within the cam channel (28) along an advancement direction (D1). The interaction of the cam follower (30) with the cam channel (29) allows to control the relative position of the interaction tabs (26) with respect to one another.

摘要: Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen von flexiblen Tubenrohrkörpern für Verpackungstuben aus einem, bevorzugt auf einer Außenseite eine Bedruckung aufweisenden, Foliensubstrat (3), welches mindestens eine verschweißbare Kunststoffschicht (6) aufweist oder aus dieser besteht und welches eine sich in eine Längsrichtung erstreckende erste Längsrandseite (4) und eine hierzu parallele und beabstandete zweite Längsrandseite (5) umfasst, wobei das Foliensubstrat (3) mit Umformmitteln zu einer Rohrform (2) geformt und die beiden Längsrandseiten (4, 5) unter Ausbildung einer Längsschweißnaht (1), insbesondere miteinander, verschweißt werden. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass auf der Außenseite der Rohrform (2) auf die Längsschweißnaht (1) ein flüssiger Lack aufgetragen und auf der Rohrform (2) unter Ausbildung einer Lackschicht (11) zumindest teilweise chemisch vernetzt wird.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a form-fill-seal machine and a form-fill-seal system, with which the thickness of bags can be adjusted easily within a short time. This form-fill-seal machine (1) is provided with seal jaws (54, 74), gas removal members (56, 76), an air cylinder (56b), and a control unit. The seal jaws (54, 74) transverse-seal a cylindrical film (Fc) in a widthwise direction and form a bag (B). The gas removal members (56, 76) come into contact against the bag (B) just prior to transverse sealing of an upper edge part, discharging a gas upward from the bag (B). The air cylinder (56b) moves the gas removal members (56, 76), switching the position of the gas removal members (56, 76) between at least a first position and a second position with respect to the seal jaws (54, 74). The control unit, in a time slot just prior to the start of a transverse sealing action performed by the seal jaws (54, 74), changes the timing of switching between the first position and the second position, and adjusts the amount of gas discharged from the bag (B).

摘要: A packaging and method for controlling the seal strength between two cooperating thermo-sealable films at predetermined sealing portions, where a predetermined amount of heat is applied over a predetermined period of time. The resulting packaging is resealable after the first separation of two surfaces. The strength of the seal controlled by defining the number and dimensions of a plurality of restricted areas without a material cover that is resistant to the thermo-seal effect. The restricted area can be defined with a plurality of dots of predetermined selected shapes and dimensions. The resulting article facilitates the rupture of the packaging along a predetermined path. With this process, a fixed predetermined heat and residency time can be chosen and the seal strength can still be varied in different areas of a packaging. Non-sealable microdots with a predetermined amount of adhesive deposits also covered by a polypropylene powder deposit permit its resealing.

An apparatus for sealing plastic film materials includes a heating mechanism, the heating mechanism including a heating lip (110) arranged such that when a plastic film (120) is contacted with the heating lip (110), the heating lip (110) forms a hot seal on the plastic film (120); and a cooling mechanism, the cooling mechanism comprising a gas jet duct oriented to contact the hot seal on the plastic film (120) at a contact angle between 0 and 60° such that the hot seal formed on the plastic film (120) is cooled to a temperature of less than or equal to 40° C. in less than or equal to 5 seconds to form a sealed plastic film.
