摘要: A stabilizer pad including a pair of plate members supported from a stabilizer arm; and a pad assembly that is adapted for mounting between the pair of plate members. The pad assembly has a resilient pad having opposite ground engageable work surfaces and opposite support surfaces, and a plurality of support members extending from the opposite support surfaces of the resilient pad. The support members are each adapted for engagement with a receiving slot of one of the plate members for mounting of the pad assembly to the plate members. At least one retaining member extends through the resilient pad and between the plate members for holding the pad assembly to the plate members.

Oil passages (54a) and (54b) are formed in the rod part (40b) of the hydraulic cylinder (40), and connection parts between the supply/discharge parts of the oil passages (54a) and (54b) and the hydraulic hoses (51a) and (51b) are formed near the rotating pivot of the hydraulic cylinder (40).

The fixed parts of the telescopic legs are arranged near the fifth wheel (15) and the rear legs (19, 20) are hinged on the frame with hinge (21, 22) near said fifth wheel (15).

摘要: A dual mode stabilizer (10) for use with a backhoe loader or a backhoe attachment. The stabilizer (10) includes a pair of base memers (20) fixed on opposite sides of the tractor (15). A stabilizer arm assembly (30) engages the base member (20). The stabilizer arm assembly (30) is piston (60) actuated and includes an outrigger arm member (65) a sliding arm member (70) pivotally connected to the outrigger arm member (65), a first locking mechanism and a second locking mechanism. Actuation of the piston (60) with the first locking mechanism engaged, causes the stabilizer arm assembly (30) to travel downwardly within the base member providing operation in the vertical mode. Actuaction of the piston (60) with the first locking mechanism released and the second locking mechanism engaged, causes the outrigger arm member (65) to rotate about a first pivot point (75) resulting in operation in the fold down mode.

However, the bottom (50) of the bucket (1) is mostly above that plane (80). This configuration corresponds to when the front wheels are elevated to stabilize the backhoe for digging operations. The arm (2) and bucket (1) have a second configuration, such as during loading or grading, in which the bottom (50) of the bucket (1) is in the plane (80) of the tires, but the stabilizer pads (14, 15) are above that plane (80). The stabilizer pads (14, 15) are preferably serviceable in that they are removeably attached to the bucket (1). Accessory kits (3) can also be utilized to retro-fit existing loader buckets (1).

摘要: A system for automatically moving a stabilizer (108, 110) of a work vehicle (100) is disclosed. A joystick (304, 306) is connected to an electronic controller (302), which in turn, is connected to valve drivers to drive stabilizer raising and lowering valves (218, 220, 234, 236). In one mode of operation, the controller (302) is programmed to move the stabilizers (108, 110) up or down at a rate that is proportional to the deflection of the joystick (304, 306) from a neutral position. If the operator holds the joystick (304, 306) in a certain position or range of positions, the controller enters a second mode in which it automatically raises the stabilizers (108, 110) even if the joystick (304, 306) is released. The stabilizer (108, 110) can be placed in a third mode of operation by moving the joystick (304, 306) rapidly back and forth. When the operator does this, the controller (302) is configured to reduce the ramp rate or damping of its response to joystick movement.
