摘要:
Provided is a paper structure comprised of cellulose pulp fiber, a polymeric binder, and an aramid component comprised of aramid fiber and/or fibrid. The paper structure can also comprise multiple layers of different composition, but at least one layer must comprise the aramid component and polymeric binder.

The multi-layer fibrous product and a process for producing it. According to the present invention the fibre product comprises at least two overlapping fibre layers, whereby the one that forms the top layer of the product contains filler and is lighter than the layer under it and is at least essentially opaque. According to the present invention the filler of the top layer consists at least partially of cellulose or lignocellulose fibrils, on which light scattering material particles have been precipitated. The present invention can be used, for example, to produce white surface liner with a lighter top layer without impairment of the strength of the surface. Thus, the grammage of the layer can be at least about 5% by weight less than a top layer, which has the corresponding opacity and formation, and which has been produced from the same fibre material and mineral pigments.

Paper or paperboard laminate composed of at least one bulk-promoting layer, here termed bulk layer (1), 40-98% of which is composed of cellulose fibres with a freeness value of 550-950 ml CSF, and on at least one side of the bulk layer at least one secondary layer (3a, 3b'), which has a greater density than the bulk layer, the secondary layer and bulk layer being joined indirectly to one another over basically the whole of their opposing surfaces and the laminate having a bending stiffness index greater than 2.5 Nm7/kg3, but less than 14 Nm7/kg3, calculated as a geometric mean value for machine direction and cross direction. According to the invention a thin intermediate layer (2a), which has a higher drainage resistance than the bulk layer and has been formed together with the bulk layer, is arranged between the said bulk layer (1) and secondary layer (3a, 3b').

An object of the present invention is to provide a laminated photocatalytic pulp paper having a variety of uses such as a filter material, a packaging material, a construction material and the like, which has the antibacterial property, the bad smell degrading property and harmful substance oxidatively degrading property, is useful for use in air treatment, water treatment and soil treatment and, at the same time, can improve the photocatalytic activity effect itself of titanium oxide. According to the present invention, there is provided a laminated photocatalytic pulp paper characterized in that a wastepaper pulp is laminated on a photocatalytic pulp composition in which 40-95 wt% of a pulp and/or a paper having the water content of 3 wt% or less, an average fiber diameter of 5-300 µ m and an average fiber length of 0.1-70 mm are blended with 5-60 wt% of titanium oxide, and a paper string comprising this pulp paper.

The present invention may provide a towel (10) desirably including first (14) and second (18) layers having cellulosic fibers and a repellant agent. The first and second layers may substantially sandwich a third layer (22) having cellulosic fibers with higher absorbency than the first and second layers. All three layers may form a single ply (26).
