Summary A caulking machine including a flat frame 2, an arched frame 21 connected integrally to the flat frame, a pair of heads 10 and 10' slidingly connected to said flat frame and a V-shaped backing element 4. Both said heads and said V-shaped backing element include as many endless screw systems 5, 5' and 5", each including a pulley adapted to move the heads and backing element forwards and backwards with respect to the arched frame 21. Said endless screw systems are connected by means of at least one transmission belt 3 and transmission means, so that the forward or backward motion of a head 10 is coordinated with the forward or backward motion of the other head 10' and with the backing element 4. Motion of the first endless screw system can be provided manually by means of a hand wheel 6 or by means of a rotary actuator, possibly with position control.
