    摘要: According to the invention, particularly small quantities (10) of liquids (3) that are to be dispensed, in particular in parallel dispensing steps in microtest plates, are stored in compressible tubular containers. To dispense said liquid, an end region (5) of the tubular container is separated, creating a new, open end region (5') with a defined level of liquid (F). A predetermined length (1) of said new end region (5') is compressed to dispense the liquid contained in said length. The container is then advanced and the compressed end region is separated again, producing a new, open end region with a defined level of liquid (F), which is then compressed for the subsequent dispensing step. The use of capillary tubes as containers permits the smallest quantities of liquid to be dispensed and said quantities can be reproduced extremely accurately. The device for carrying out the dispensing steps is simple and the liquid can be stored for long periods in the container between the dispensing steps without any problems.

At least a part of the plates (11, 12, 13) additionally comprises a channel system (20) with channels (21), connected to the main connector (23), whereby said channels (21) form a pattern which matches the pattern of the through holes (14) and is laterally displaced relative thereto. In order to optionally connect the first openings (15) to the corresponding second opening (16) or to a selected channel system (20), said plates (11, 12, 13) with the channel system are optionally laterally displaced.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method for dosing a volume of liquid (VF) of less than 1 µl that is to be dispensed, by means of a dosing pump, in particular a pipette (2). The device comprises a plurality of dosing pumps that can be simultaneously actuated, in particular pipettes (2), which can be actuated by an injection plunger (6), in addition to a motor (1), which drives the injection plungers (6) and also a valve (3), which is located between the dosing pump and its respective tip (13) in order to fill each system completely with liquid without any gas.
