A new method for manufacturing by molding a component, composed partly of a hard thermoplastic material and partly of a soft elastomer material, is proposed. According to the method the first part (53) of thermoplastic material is first formed, then this first part (53) is placed in a mold capable to receive an elastomer material and consequently the second part (51) is formed by injection molding. Simultaneously the surface (58) of the first part (53) is engaged with the surface (54) of the second part (51) and said surface (58) of the first part is subjected to the injection temperature and pressure of the soft elastomer and causes to soften it and to fuse it to said surface (54) of the second part. The method is illustrated on the hand of a valve.

In a chamber (1), created by a removable front (3) with one or more holes (2) to the adjacent appliance (11), a wall with suitable form (4) and a bottom with hole (5), connected to a waterlock (6), is arranged a pipe (7) operable from outside the appliance (8), open in its upper and lower end, the lower end fitting and tightening in the outlet hole (5), the upper open end (12) designed for the overflow i.e. when the water rises in the appliance and consequently also in the chamber (1) up to the level with the open end (12), the water will run over automatically into the pipe (7) and further into the discharge system without doing harm. When the pipe (7) is lifted (changed) from its tightening position by the operating part (8), the water streams directly out through the hole (5) or openings (15) and into the waterlock (6).

The present invention relates to a waste water outlet sanitary plant comprising a siphon forming a water seal (6) to which is connected a waste pipe (3) for connection with sewers and in which an automatic air valve device (11) and a siphon are combined in one single apparatus so that their functions are complementary. A cylindrical body (1) having a permanent water seal (6) and in which a pipe or equivalent connected to an apparatus such as a sink, a basin or waste outlet is dipping, is combined with an automatic air valve (11) with peripheral air entry. Outside the pipe dipping into the water seal there is an internal partition (24) which creates a separation between the water seal (6) and the automatic valve device (11) situated at the upper part of the cylindrical body (1) protecting the said valve (11) against a raising or splashing of the liquid situated in the water seal (6).
