    With respect to the known supporting devices, that forming object of the present invention offers the advantage of not requiring the previous formation of a hole for the insertion channel of the screw in the preformed element. Superstructures can therefore be prepared, in which the channel for the anchoring screw to the implant is produced according to the design specifications and consequently with a variable angulation, in relation to the final position of said channel in the mouth, as established by the doctor. The visible exposure of the closing material of the above-mentioned channel can therefore be avoided, with a considerable aesthetic benefit.

    Compared to the systems used in the known art, the device of the invention offers the advantage of being pre-assembled on the spacer, by means of a simple and rapid operation effected outside the patient's mouth. The device of the invention is then also fixed to the respective cylinder situated in the oral cavity, with operations equally as rapid and simple, thus obtaining a temporary anchorage which holds the cylinders of the implant and the spacers forming the position key, in the relative correct position.
