In particular, the support and moving means (CC) of the milling device (DD) include at least one articulated arm (CC), able to move the milling device (DD) along a straight line (GG) parallel to a further straight line (HH) joining two joints (J, K), which connect the articulated arm (CC) to the machine frame (BB), and in a direction which is substantially perpendicular to the moving direction of the machine frame (BB).

At least one (15) of the two beams (14, 15) contains two linear guides (24, 25) with two sliding carriages (26, 27) associated with an L-shaped support structure (17) that holds a cutter (16), which rotates in a direction (H, M) that depends on the direction of traverse (G, L) of the sliding carriages (26, 27).
