摘要: A texture automatic monitoring system for measuring a road surface texture of a road surface compacted by a road roller, wherein a road surface texture measurement equipment for measuring the road surface texture is mounted on the road roller. The road surface texture measurement equipment comprises a height measurement instrument disposed on the rearward of the compaction roller and measures a height from the road surface, a moving distance detecting instrument which generates a moving distance detecting signal corresponding to the moving distance of the road roller, a data processing unit which calculates the moving distance of the road roller based on the moving distance detecting signal, and calculates one or more road surface property values indicating the road surface texture by using the measured value of the height acquired from the height measurement instrument and the calculated moving distance, and a displaying unit which displays the calculated road surface property value.

摘要: The object of the present invention is to provide a road surface roughness measuring apparatus for measuring the coefficient of dynamic friction and the roughness of the road surface in each direction at a same section where the coefficient of dynamic friction is measured, said apparatus divides the measuring circle on the road surface into a plurality of sections, on which measuring circle the rotary type unit for measuring the coefficient of dynamic friction measures the coefficient of dynamic friction. The road surface roughness measuring apparatus has: a frame (32) having a plurality of legs (31) used for placing the apparatus on a road surface (G); a rotary shaft (45) mounted on the frame (32) and extending vertically; a rotary encoder (44) mounted on the top end of the rotary shaft (45); a rotation plate (50) mounted on the bottom end of the rotary shaft (45); a motor (39) provided with a speed reducing gear and for driving the rotary shaft via gears (41, 41a); and a laser displacement gauge (51) mounted on the rotation plate (50). The laser displacement gauge (51) is disposed in such a way as to measure a road surface roughness along a measuring circle (P) on which the rotary type unit for measuring the coefficient of dynamic friction measures the coefficient of dynamic friction by the rotation of the rotation plate. The measuring circle (P) is divided into a plurality of sections and the road surface roughness for each section (a to h) is calculated based on the signals of the laser displacement gauge (51) and the rotary encoder (44).

摘要: Friction coefficient measurement apparatus (100) measures an angle of relative torsion caused by friction between a road surface friction measuring rubber attached strip and a road surface. The apparatus (100) includes a road surface friction measuring rubber attached strip (30) and an attaching bolt (31) which attaches said rubber attached strip (30) to a main body of the friction coefficient measurement apparatus, a diameter of a large-diameter circular part of an attaching bolt insertion opening (30A) in said rubber attached strip (30) is set slightly larger than a diameter of a bolt head of the attaching bolt (31) and a diameter of a small-diameter circular part thereof is set smaller than the diameter of the bolt head of the attaching bolt (31) and is slightly larger than the diameter of the bolt shaft thereof, and a spring washer for anti-loosening the attaching bolt (32) and a rubber attached strip fall prevention washer (33) are interposed. The apparatus is able to reduce operator time taken for work of replacing the road surface friction measuring rubber attached strip with a new one.

摘要: An airport runway has a recessed portion 6 provided in a predetermined region 5 of its surface in which a plurality of prefabricated plates 7 is placed. The plates are flush with the surface 2 of the runway 1 and their corresponding edges are superposed and fixed to each other with nuts and bolts. The plates are also fixed to the surrounding runway. The arrangement makes it easy to remove rubber deposited on the surface of the runway by aircraft wheels.
