    摘要: In a Turk's head stand for adjusting positions of whole four-way straightening rolls in both vertical and horizontal directions in a state where the four-way straightening rolls are mounted at predetermined positions, a stack body of roll chocks and yokes can be exchanged by withdrawing it from the stand in a direction perpendicular to a product proceeding direction. For this purpose, double inner frames are disposed inside an outer frame. A first inner frame is disposed so as to be adjusted only in the vertical direction, and a second inner frame is disposed so as to be adjusted only in the horizontal direction. The four-way straightening rolls and position adjusting devices are incorporated inside the second inner frame. Mechanical structures for convexo-concave engagement are disposed on faces of the respective roll chocks and yokes and the inner frames opposed to each other, thereby to guide the respective roll chocks and yokes, by utilizing descending motions of the inner frames, after connection with a pressing device has been released, to form the stack body in series, and to enable the stack body to be withdrawn from the roll stand. Then, by utilizing ascending motions of the inner frames, the stack body is disassembled, and the respective roll chocks and yokes can be guided to desired positions in the stand to be locked.

    摘要: Changing of a horizontal roll in a horizontal roll stand involving readjustment of an amount of pressing is to be done readily and promptly. In order to achieve this, a horizontal roll stand 10 with a pair of built-in upper and lower horizontal rolls 11 is configured to retreat toward one side across a forming line. A fixed stand 40 stands upright on a counter-retreating side of the forming line. An overhang part 42 of the fixed stand 40 jutting out over the forming line is provided with a pressure device 43 that applies a pressing force to the horizontal rolls 11. The horizontal roll stand 10 includes a horizontal roll housing 12 with an opened top, receives the pressing force from the pressure device 43 via the opened top, and retreats to the outside of the forming line while the pressure device 43 is left on the forming line. The overhang part 42 of the fixed stand 40 is engaged with the horizontal roll housing 12 of the horizontal roll stand 10 to support the horizontal roll housing 12 in the forming line.

    摘要: A helical blade cutter with excellent economical performance and excellent handling performance is provided capable of minimizing an economical loss to be caused by damage on a blade, facilitating attachment and exchange of the blade, and reducing manufacturing cost.
    The helical blade cutter includes multiple linear blades 20 attached to an outer circumferential surface of a round body 10 having an outer surface formed into a cylindrical circumferential surface. The blades 20 are arranged at given intervals in a circumferential direction of the outer circumferential surface. The blades 20 tilt to a given helix angle α from a straight line on the outer circumferential surface parallel to a rotational central axis O. Blade attachment surfaces 13 are formed on the outer circumferential surface of the round body 10 at given intervals in the circumferential direction. The blade attachment surfaces 13 tilt to an angle same as the helix angle α of the blade 20 while tilting to a rake angle β in a direction of an elevation angle from a tangent to the outer circumferential surface. The blade attachment surfaces 13 are each formed through intervention of a step 14 resulting from the tilt in the direction of the elevation angle. The blades 20 are each attached to a blade attachment part 17 through intervention of a chip holder 30 in a manner that allows detachment of the blade 20. The blade attachment part 17 has an L shape in cross section resulting from being surrounded by the blade attachment surface 13 and the step 14.

    摘要: The present invention provides a compact tube clamping device 50 with a simple structure and used suitably for a hydraulic pressure tester for inspecting quality of an electric resistance welded tube. To achieve this object, a lifting/lowering base 52 including a tube support body 55 on itself is provided onto a fixed base 51 to be able to lift and lower. Clamp claws 56 are mounted in positions, between which the tube support body 55 of the lifting/lowering base 52 is sandwiched, to be able to turn. A claw drive body 58 for lifting and lowering independently of the lifting/lowering base 52 is provided in the lifting/lowering base 52. Opposite side portions of the claw drive body 58 are connected to the opposite clamp claws 56 by links 59 so as to turn the opposite clamp claws 56 in closing directions by lowering with respect to the lifting/lowering base 52. Both of a first drive mechanism 53 for driving the lifting/lowering base 52 for lifting and lowering and a second drive body 54 for driving the claw drive body 58 for lifting and lowering are provided to the fixed base 51. Because a lowering stroke of the claw drive body 58 necessary for closing operations of the clamp claws 56 is partially born by lifting of the lifting/lowering base 52 in transferring the tube, the lowering stroke of the claw drive body 58 for opening and closing the clamp claws 56 can be suppressed.
