The present description relates to a lip seal panel structure for air conditioning equipment capable of manufacturing a housing case for air conditioning equipment without using an intermediate frame. The lip seal panel according to the present disclosure includes a first iron plate and a second iron plate of a same size; a brim located at both ends of the first iron plate and the second iron plate. The brim includes a concave brim and a convex brim in an uneven shape. A lip seal is formed on at least one uneven surface of the concave brim and the convex brim. In this configuration, the concave brim of one lip seal panel and the convex brim of another lip seal panel are coupled and assembled, and when coupled, the lip seal which is a soft elastic material is pressed and maintained in close contact. Therefore, according to the present disclosure, a housing case for air conditioning equipment capable of preventing leakage can be manufactured without using an intermediate frame and a separate gasket for preventing leakage.

The invention provides a method of preparing a wear-resistant coating layer comprising metal matrix composite and a coating layer prepared by using the same and more particularly, it provides a method of preparing a wear-resistant coating layer comprising metal matrix composite, which comprises the steps of providing a base material, preparing a mixture powder comprising a metal, alloy or mixture particle thereof having an average diameter of 50 to 100 um and a ceramic or mixture particle thereof having an average diameter of 25 to 50 um in a ratio of 1:1 to 3:1 by volume, injecting the mixture powder into a spray nozzle for coating, and coating the mixture powder on the surface of the base material by accelerating the mixture powder in the state of non-fusion at a rate of 300 to 1,200 m/s by the flow of transportation gas flowing in the nozzle and a coating layer prepared by using the same whereby the coating layer with high wear resistance and excellent resistance against fatigue crack on the surface of the base material without causing damages such as heat strain to the base material during the formation of the coating layer can be provided.

The nozzle section includes a convergence inlet section (2) in which the cross-sectional area is converging, a throat area (5) connected to the convergence end point of the inlet section (2), and an outlet section (6) connected to the end point of the throat area (5). The nozzle for cold spray is provided with a spray tube (20) located inside the convergence inlet section (2), the spray tube (20) having a spray hole (12) formed at its end point in such a way as to be placed at the throat area (5) or the outlet section (6) beyond the throat area (5). The speed of the powder flow at the outlet end point of the outlet section (6) reaches 300 - 1,200 m/s.
