    摘要: Hearing aid system for the in-situ fitting of hearing aids, said system comprising a separate control device, and at least one hearing aid, adapted for communication with each other, said hearing aid comprising at least one microphone, a signal processor for generating an output signal to a receiver, and means for receiving control signals from the control device. During the in-situ fitting the control device is in communication with said hearing aid for the activation of genertion of test signals, which test signals are delivered to said receiver and emitted therefrom as acoustic test signals. Further, the hearing aid comprises a switch means which when said hearing aid is in communication with the control device may optionally be switched between at least a first and a second position, said switch attenuating in the first position the output signal to the receiver using a voltage dividing resistor network, and said switch bypassing in the second position said voltage dividing resistor network so as not to influence the output signal to the receiver.

The current distribution network (16) has two parallel branches (18, 19) between which the current flowing through this network, controlled by the signal at the signal input (17) can be split, the branches (18 or 19) of the current distribution network (16) being connected on the one hand to the constant current sources (2 or 3) and on the other to the inputs of the voltage amplifier (4).

    摘要: An in-the-ear hearing aid comprises a plug (1) for arrangement in the ear channel and having a shell-like wall facing the interior of the ear channel and an exterior faceplate (2) which together define a generally closed cavity (3), in which the individual components of the hearing aid are arranged. The output amplifier (4) is designed essentially as a Σ-Δamplifier and is connected to a pulse generator (8) which produces a high-frequency pulsed signal in the 1 MHz region as well as a series-connected low-pass filter (15). The input signal to the signal converter is a representation, produced by signal processing, of the low-frequency input signal to the hearing aid, this signal being converted in the signal converter into a signal which can have only two possible values. The output signal (14) thus appears, after passing through the low-pass filter, essentially as an amplified copy of the low-frequency input signal.
