Bags on which the filling processing has been executed by the liquid filling device (25) are stocked on the upstream side of the first bag mouth sealing device (26) while the first bag mouth sealing device (26) executes sealing processing.

The control unit (38) acquires weight of the solid material supplied to the hopper body (31) based on a measurement result of the weighing machine (18). The liquid material supply unit (14) supplies the determined amount of the liquid material according to the weight of the solid material acquired by the control unit (38).
