    摘要: A three way switching controller (1) for handling high purity gas, and the like, used for a semiconductor manufacturing plant, and the like, prevents lines on switching sides thereof from communicating with each other at time of switching. The three way switching controller includes a body (2), first and second valves (3 and 4), a cylinder (5), and a linking mechanism (6), with the linking mechanism including a disengagement device (7). The cylinder, operating through the linking mechanism, alternately opens and closes normally-closed valves. The disengagement means prevents a driving force of the cylinder from being applied at once to the valves upon initiation of operation of the cylinder, thereby allowing both of the valves to be in a free state (closed state).

    摘要: A non-contacting shaft sealing device in which an even-number of dynamic pressure generating groove groups (7) are arranged in the peripheral direction thereof on a sealing end face (5a) of the seal case side or a sealing end face (5a) of the rotary shaft side (2). Each dynamic pressure generating groove group (7) is composed of one or plural shallow L-shaped grooves of a specific groove width comprising a fluid lead-in part extending in the radial direction from a peripheral edge of high pressure side (H) of said sealing end face and a dynamic pressure generating part extending in the peripheral direction from the end portion thereof.     摘要: The invention provides novel photographic compositions comprising a propene isomer of formulae (I), wherein A, B or E, each individually represent hydrogen, or an electron withdrawing group, selected for example from -CN, -NO2, -SO2R, -SO2NH-, -CO2R, -COR, -CONHR, -CONHAr, -CF3 halogen, amino, aryl, aralkyl, alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkyl (carbonyl)oxy, aryl (carbonyl)oxy, carboxy, alkoxycarbonyl, aryloxycarbonyl, carbamomyl, acyl, alkylaminocarbonyl, arylaminocarbonyl, alkoxycarbonylamino, acylamino, ureido, alkylsulphonylamino, arylsulphonylamino, sulphamoylamino, alkylsulphonyl, arylsulphonyl, sulphanoyl, imido, alkylthio, arylthio and heterocycles; the invention also provides a propene isomer of formulae (I), wherein D represents a group of the formula Ar-L-, wherein Ar is a phenyl group optionally substituted with one or more substituents, and -L- is a linking group incorporating a lone pair of electrons; and A, B, E and X are defined as R is above defined. The activated propenes of the above formulae are novel colour couples which react with oxidised developer under alkaline conditions to give magenta dyes. These dyes have no significant absorption in the blue region of the visible spectrum.
